Let me start by saying as a former crew trainer of McDonald’s I understand the policies, and as a customer I have expectations. I ordered from the kiosk and had great experiences there. After paying and placing my order the front counter employee (Marquis) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Three words to describe him: unfocused, under-experienced, and unprofessional. Also, the lobby looked a true mess. I saw several employees walk in and out of the facility as they were on the clock. At this time a tall black shift leader (Rlexis) was overseeing this and allowing it to happen. Drive-thru employees were seen on their phones and doing nothing. At the time I came, the lobby was basically clear and drive thru had no one there, therefore all employees, along with leaders should of been cleaning. There were no apple pies and I had to wait a full cook time of 12 minutes, however didn’t receive them until 20 minutes (which I will assume is because all employees were unprofessional and unfocused). When I arrived home and called to receive names the lady I spoke to seemed annoyed, and if I’m correct I’d say I identified her voice to face as the mid-height older white lady whose hair was pulled back. Overall very very terrible experience, this is what holds McDonald’s restaurants back, bad employees who make the stores look bad. I hope this trouble will be resolved. Read moreStop here occasionally when in the area for coffee and sometimes lunch with my grandkids,this time my order wasn't right,my Big Mac meat was cold & had so much sauce on it I couldn't eat it it oozed out all over the place,my fries were cold and no salt and my drink was wrong so I went back in twice..once about my food.. which they were happy to replace the big mac however when I said I lost my taste for it after I had attempted to eat it and asked to just give me nuggets..they gave me a 6pc and then new fries but didn't reimburse me the difference in cost..then after the wait I went back to my car to eat ..took sip of my soda and it was wrong kind so has to again go inside ans seal with that..the girl who waited on me was understanding as i was being very polite about it all but her manager and co workers were griping about me. I simply stated that I believe I was given the wrong order by mistake and either way diis was cold not just wrong..I should have been refunded for the $$ difference at the very least...this was unusual for this location as I never have a problem here..but I didn't like the way it was handled.. hopefully was just an off day for them...I hate to think other customers has such problems that day & that they weren't dealt with professionally or...
Read moreStopped in just to try the limited time, 'Grimace Birthday Meal' which with the big mac cost just over $11, so there's the heads up on that.😕 The shake was disappointingly WAAYY less purple than expected, but still tasted ok. Maybe somewhere between birthday cake and plain vanilla I guess. Some people were claiming it had some berry flavor to it, but I didn't get that at all, maybe because it wasn't mixed right. No way to know, since nobody knows what it's really supposed to taste like 😕lol They also forgot to put cheese on my big mac, so I needed to walk inside to get that rectified. While I was in there, I noticed another shake being made that had much more color than mine did, despite the fact that the employee was pouring it from one cup into another, apparently due to some issue they were having with the Grimace shakes 'overflowing' so, take that however you want.🤔🤨 Overall, not my worst experience with McDonald's, but for the prices they're starting to charge🤑 for just about everything there,😓😓 I'll take the better value, and deals(coupons!), not to mention consistency of BK, over some marginally better quality food. I'll be back for the Shamrock Shake though🤤...if they even offer it again...
