Walking into outback steakhouse we were greeted by the hostess and felt welcomed. The hostess quickly gave us a table. We noticed that there was very few customers in the restaurant, and this was dinner time. The waitress had only four tables with two people at each table. One couple that had been seated just before us got up, and left without ordering anything. The waitress come to our table, and I thought she was going to ask us what we wanted to drink. Instead she said I'll be with you in a little bit without even taking our drink order or greeting us. After waiting for 20 minutes she finally came back to the table to take our drink order. We ordered Ice tea, and we couldn't tell her anything else because she left. Mumbling something about she had messed up two tables orders. Another server brought us our ice tea, but the problem was there wasn't enough ice in it! So little ice that two minutes later what little ice was in it had melted! I took a sip of the tea and it was still warm! We tried to ask our waitress to bring us some ice, but she did not stop to listen to us. There was now only three tables of customers (including us) she had in her area with just two people at each table. She finally came back and I ordered a rib-eye steak and my husband ordered a full rack of ribs. We waited about another 15 to 20 minutes, and finally received our order. I cut into my steak and it looked okay at first. My husband had to send his ribs back because they were ice-cold in the middle even though they look good. He had pulled apart a couple of the ribs to check them and that's how we found out they were ice-cold and not done. He sent the ribs back and had to wait another 20 minutes and they brought him out the same ribs that he had sent back! So that means that they had reheated the same ribs that were undercooked. The person that brought the ribs out had so much perfume on that it gag me. I took a picture of the ribs because they were the same ribs that he had tore 2 apart and sent back! My husband ask me to continue eating because he didn't want my steak to get cold. After cutting and eating a few bites I noticed that my steak was unevenly cooked. It was medium-rare on one side and raw on the other. I mentioned this to the waitress but she didn't even answer me. My husband sent the ribs back for a second time and told them that he did not want anymore. The baked potatoes was ok, and they deducted my husband's ribs but did not do anything about my Raw steak! The only good thing about this whole experience was the hostess who was so nice and the hostess is why I am still putting two stars. Therefore this changes my previous review from 4 stars to the now update Review of two stars. WOW! what happened to that once delicious meal I used to get there. In the pictures it looks like the ribs are done but they were Cold. It also looks like I have a delicious steak but it was raw.

Upon entering the restaurant last night, we were immediately struck by an unpleasant odor emanating from the establishment. Despite the staff’s friendly demeanor, the restaurant’s cleanliness was lacking. Our waitress, however, was exceptional, displaying a pleasant and helpful attitude. The beverages were also noteworthy, with the boombaritas offering a delightful variety of flavors. The puggle splash, with its captivating changing color effect, was particularly impressive. Strawberry kiwi Rita was also a standout. The appetizers were satisfactory, although the blooming onion left much to be desired. While the onion was fried to perfection and retained its crunch, the sauce was unfortunately lacking in flavor. The mozzarella sticks were equally impressive, achieving a golden brown color and a crispy texture. The main courses were a mixed bag. The sirloin and Alice chicken were adequate, although the chicken was forgotten and brought to us without any issue. The steak was cooked to perfection, while the filet mignon and lobster were also excellent. However, the ribeye was a disappointment. It was medium-rare, cooked to perfection, but lacked seasoning and was chewy. I had expected a chart from the grill, but none was provided. This was one of the worst ribeye steaks I had ever had. The lobster, on the other hand, was wonderful. The Mac & cheese was awful dried and overcooked pasta. The desserts were exceptional. The warm caramel cookie, with its caramel and crunchy pieces, was delightful. The carrot cake was also a hit.

It’s the first time that we come to this restaurant, my go to is Longhorn, the prices are similar, I thought the steak would be similar too. To understand where I’m coming from I worked as a butcher for a long time, part of my education in Outback they offer prime steak, example the classic prime ribs +. They are different levels of meat, they are regular, choice, prime , a1, a2, a3 etc. etc. The meat offered in Outback is choice not prime, it means the fat don’t render, the partitions of the meat don’t separate the meat is hard, this won’t bother me if the meat is $20 but, if its $30 I expect prime that is what they offer. What I see after working in a lot of restaurants,CEO, and management is an abuse of ignorance when people don’t know the difference of quality between one meat and another. I’m not saying the meat is bad it’s just not what is offered. The service was amazing, the management was outstanding, but when you lie in the core product that you sell your restaurant is a failure. One thing is to be a bad restaurant because you don’t understand, another is to be a bad restaurant because you lie for profit. Sunday, April 24 / 2022

Went there with five people. Every single plate of food was cold. Everything that was fried was fried hard as a rock. One of the plates they plated two dinners for two different people on the same plate. So the last person didn't have a meal. The blooming onion was way overdone and the onion was raw on the inside which probably means they had the heat too high. The coconut shrimp you could break a window with. We complain to the manager. We tried to get through the meal and not waste any of the food but it was terrible so we left a lot of it on the plate. I ordered a filet mignon and it was not cooked correctly. It had to be taken back twice and when I ordered the larger of the two cuts they gave me the smaller one so it had to be taken back and wasted. I got a bunch of gift cards for myself to go out to eat it out back. $250 worth I will not be using them. I will give them away to somebody. Maybe even a homeless person. Maybe they will have more patience with this outback than I did. It was ridiculous. Even the French onion soup was cold. They warned you. Be careful you'll burn yourself. Fat chance it was slightly warmer than room temperature. I lost my appetite fast. I took my steak home to give to my dog and I will not be back. The manager did not do anything to even try to appease us. I don't care if they're short-handed and I don't care. If they've got brand new Cooks then they need to be supervised more. That was the most horrible meal I can remember in a long long time. People don't go there and maybe they'll start getting it right. And it was during the middle of the day. It wasn't like it was a busy rush hour in the evening. There's no excuse for that kind of food coming out of the kitchen. I hope this somehow makes it to headquarters and they get a new restaurant manager. My name is Terrie Towers And I wholeheartedly approve this message! Outback...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse, and I must commend our server, Alex, for providing an outstanding experience. Alex's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set the tone for a memorable evening.

From the moment we were seated, Alex greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. Throughout the meal, their professionalism and knowledge of the menu were evident. Alex was not only prompt in taking our orders but also provided helpful recommendations, ensuring that each dish catered to our preferences.

What stood out the most was Alex's genuine enthusiasm for their work. It was clear that they took pride in ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of excellent. The level of service we received went above and beyond our expectations.

Alex's timely check-ins and proactive approach to ensuring our needs were met demonstrated a high level of customer care. It's rare to find a server who combines efficiency with a personable touch, and Alex did just that.

In addition to their excellent service, Alex handled any requests or special accommodations with grace and efficiency. It's evident that they are a valuable asset to the Outback Steakhouse team.

Overall, thanks to Alex, our evening at Outback Steakhouse was not just about the delicious food but also about the exceptional service that elevated the entire dining experience. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a top-notch server, and I look forward to returning to Outback Steakhouse for another delightful meal with such...
