Smalls Sliders — Restaurant in Ocala

Didnt even get my order. Upgraded my order to the biggie smalls and employee didnt ring it in. As soon as I got my receipt I brought it back to him and told him that he missed it. I told him I would pay but he said there was no way to do that and that he would just put them on there for me since it was his mistake. I was then approached by a girl saying that she heard that i forgot to order the biggie smalls on my order which is not what happened. She then said that it was his first day and clearly did not understand what was going on herself. She then said she would go get her manager. I waited a few minutes before the same girl reappeared telling me they couldnt give me what I originally ordered and that they would have to refund me and charge the whole order again. So many things wrong with this scenario but the biggest of them all was that the manager never came out and spoke with me. While the manager was giving me my refund….btw still has not even acknowledged me once….I requested his attention and told him that I would not be reordering because of the unprofessional way this whole situation was handled. He then told me that he just heard about this 60 seconds ago and didnt know what was really going on…..??? The whole situation itself took over 10 minutes and i never even got my food. The employees are a perfect reflection of their manager and it makes perfect sense why this place has horrible reviews....

Was incredibly excited to eat here. I ordered online in hopes that it would cut back on wait time since my little one was with me. Nope still had to wait 45 minutes in line only to be told ONLINE ORDERS HAVE TO BE PICKED UP AT WALK UP. There is no indications ANYWHERE outside showing this. I asked if I could speak to the manager. The lady at drive through told me no she’s not allowed to do that. So I parked, and well enough spoke with the manager. He stated that online it states it has to be picked up at the window. No where on the app to order does it show that. Only the estimated time that your order should be ready. And that the landlord won’t allow signs to be put on the other side indicating that online orders cannot be fulfilled through drive through. My meal was soggy from sitting for an hour. Burgers were nothing special but the quality of the patty was better than other fast food. The concept of this place is so cute but is so chaotic once arriving and sitting down. They have no system overall to help with pick up orders or orders in general. Staff seemed overwhelmed by the flock of online orders being asked about at the STAFF...
