College Park Plaza — Local services in Ocala

Went down to the plaza like I normally do and saw 2 cars vertical on the fire lane in front of the wing stop as I was coming in then almost got hit by another car trying to come out because the parked cars where blocking their side of the road. When I went into the building to talk to the manger they told me that the plaza owner had informed them that they are not to tell costumers that do this to move their car and let them do it. Which is unbelievable since it is bound to cause an accident and nearly did with me and who knows how many others there could have already been on. The way I was told about the situation sounds like it has happen multiple times already. This is a safety concern and the plaza owner is contributing to it by not letting the business ask them politely to park in an actual parking spot there where also many parking spots there plaza was just about empty. And while I was talking to the stores manger another car tried to do the same thing. Because the business can’t do anything it’s most definitely going to escalate the situation either by a crash which or having a police offer come and handle the cars. Opened an account on a laptop. Laptop ended up not working. I spoke to someone who handles ordering bits and pieces for electronics that need repairs. She told me 2 days for the part to arrive... 2 weeks goes by. No Part. I physically went into the location and spoke to the same woman. She never ordered the part. Cool No problem, she told me she placed the order while I was still in the store, AN ENTIRE MONTH PASSES. Still no Part. No information being passed to me about the status of the part. Turns out she still never ordered the part. So I surrendered the laptop, Went into the location and explained the situation above, told them I was tired of waiting for my part and I didn't want the computer anymore. Went through everything, gave them the laptop and left. 3 weeks goes by. I start getting calls about, "I still have the laptop and RAC has opened a collections account under my name for the laptop I surrendered almost a month prior. You are all Lazy, unintelligent, thieving, liars. Please take it from me. I've done plenty of Business with RAC over the years and this place will essentially try to steal from you. You need your franchise licensing revoked and I am going to recommend that to your corporate handlers...

I think this is the place that's next to Wingstop. I go to Wingstop all the time they have really good wings. I love the friendly staff the great atmosphere they have the radio on. And I mentioned the great staff. I like to call up my order in ahead of time and they always have it ready it's always fresh and hot. I love the sweet tea there they have really good sweet tea.
