Shoppes At Paddock Park — Local services in Ocala

The only store I really shop at in this plaza is Ollie's. They have decent bargains on close out items. Be careful though because some of the items may be recalled items or products that have been found to be toxic that may have been discounted. I enjoy the book and comic book section very much. If I need art supplies or kitchen utensils- this is where I go. I would like to see new stores go into the plaza because it just seems like there are so many vacant areas. It would be a great location for small businesses that need a jump start. I don't know how much the rent is but offering the public at large a discount to go in would be a good deed whomever owns and operates this plaza could do. Even if it's a monthly thing. It would be much better than seeing the building deteriorate. Like the paddock Mall, it is a time capsule filled with old memories. Once Publix pulled out of the plaza it was like they gave up on the building. I really enjoyed Stevie B's until the new owners took over and let the business go to waste. There's so many new businesses that went up surrounding it... Which required further destruction of our natural environment. Old buildings like this one should be utilized before new buildings go up and cause more damage to our eco system. What's the difference between cutting down trees over remodeling or breaking down an almost condemned building? I think Marion county is finally at the point it needs to focus on saving the environment by slowing down buildings and focusing on stabilizing and recycling these...

The hospice thrift store and Ollie's is a family favorite although this Shopping Center is old..... don't miss this gem of a ShoppingCenter.... the parking lot markings are a bit worn out.... things you definitely need a bit of updating but all in all this shopping center is clean tidy.... this place has great potential for future businesses... beautiful trees and great location near the interstate... The parking spots are easy to get in and out of with plenty of handicap parking spots up front... The sidewalk out front of the stores are clean and level... The buildings inside and out seam structurally sound and relatively clean of spider webs...

This is my favorite ups store for Amazon drop off they also so USPS stamps and postage little extra cost but it's convenient. A few of the men that work there love there job and it really shows, Stevie pizza is decent, Freedom Health insurance company for seniors low cost excellentquality, hospice thrift store, military outlet awesome stuff in there, a baked goods shop, then Ollie's has awesome prices worth a look, next over is Christie dental heard wonderful things about them, also a nail bar there is another shop but don't recall what it is sorry. Easy In and out over to mall or back...
