The only two things good about this place were the manager got us our drinks, although we never saw him again after that, and the burgers we ordered were pretty good. Other than that, this place is not worth the money we spent. In short, it took about 20 minutes to even get our waiter to get our drink order, although he only took my family's and not mine, as I had gotten up to go find someone at the front counter to get some assistance. This is after he took adjoining table's orders, who came in at least 10 minutes after we were seated. I was unable to get help, as their was no one at the front. That's when our waiter took the drink order. Said he'd come back when I returned. I returned and after waiting another five minutes or so, the manager finally saw me asking him for help. He brought our drinks. Shortly thereafter our waiter finally took our food order. After our appetizer was delivered, and a good five minutes later, I flagged our waiter down to ask for forks. He brought one fork and some napkins. Another 10 minutes went by before I had to flag him down and ask for more forks. The fries were quite tasteless, with the majority being overly cooked and inedible. He checked on us once, other than to ask if I wanted any refills on my fries and drinks a good 15 minutes after I had already finished my food and my drinks were gone. He never did ask if my family wanted more drinks. We had to flag him down to ask for the check. That took another 5 minutes or so. We flagged him down again about 5 minutes later to give him our payment, and had him correct our check. By this time pretty much every other table in the area had already left, including all the tables he kept assisting, while ignoring us(even though he had to walk past us to even get to the other tables) that had arrived after we we seated. Had a very weird experience. Came in around 6ish, maybe a tad later. When we came in, the people in front of us immediately got sat. We were told that it would then be a five minute wait so "the servers could catch up". While we were waiting, a group of two that came in after us got sat immediately. Mind you, we were two adults and two babies so not really a large party. When we did get sat, we were put in a booth in the corner. I wouldn't mind that perse, but it almost felt like because we had two young children, they were trying to put us there. Service was not the best. Our server was friendly, just not around. It took awhile for her to come take our drink order and judging by the experience so far we just did our food and drinks in one order. We both ordered burgers (heatwave and whiskey river bbq) with bottomless fries as well as the queso. Burgers were fine, nothing bad to say about the food. I had to ask for more fries since I was given the smallest portion, which I scarfed down and still had a lot of queso left. I finished my whole meal before I got my next side of fries. Had to ask for water refills as well. The manager did come by, but by that point we were just ready to pay and go. It was my husbands first time there and he was not impressed. If they were short staffed we really wouldn't mind the wait or anything but given how we had to wait in the beginning while people after us got sat... just left a weird taste in our mouths.

When we went to pay for the check on the tablet everything was fine until it suddenly told us our check wasn't ready. We kept checking back several times as we were ready to go. Suddenly there was a $10 discount which was nice, but also confusing as no one literally said a thing to us about it. We didn't question it,...

First of all, the customer doesn't come first. Cigarette breaks do. Secondly, they refused to seat people with an entire dining room of empty tables. So it was a long wait to even get seated. Third, the food was obviously frozen. Furthermore, the food has zero seasonings or anything. That is why they slop sauces all over their burgers. Fourth, the servers acted like they didn't even want to be there. Ours was bartender and a waitress, and you can tell she didn't want to be the waitress. Fifth, the glasses were filthy, and I had to wait the entire meal for refills, and when I got them, they were all dirty. The one glass from the bar had strawberry daiquiri mix on it still.....my wife is deathly allergic to strawberries. The rest of the silverware and plates were filthy as well. When I told the manager, who, by the way, had to bring our food as our waitress did not feel like it, she had an attitude and wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. How can you fix the issue if it isn't worth your time to listen and fix it. Also, she had to take off a burger patty from my meal as my bartender, whoops, I meant waitress tryed to charge us more money like we wouldn't notice. I am quite sure it was to raise the amount for more tip money, but that is what happens when it is obvious the staff doesn't care and barely interacts with the table and then hides out back and sends the ticket to a tablet. They all dressed like bums. No label, no name tag, not clean looking. I will never EVER go there, nor will I ever let anyone I know go...
