Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Ocala

I ordered my salad at 12:10PM today, got to the store at 12:20 ish, went to the counter, paid for my salad and then waited. I walked out of the restaurant at 12:50! I literally watched 15 people come in (not including drive through orders) and there orders were taken, and given to them BEFORE I got my salad. Which I ended up going to the counter and asking them, WHERE IS MY SALAD, I CALLED IT IN AT 12:10PM. No one gave a hoot about any of it and then finally got it made and gave it to me. I don't understand why people just don't care about their jobs!!!!! Also, last week I ordered a salad off of Zaxbys.com and I got to the restaurant, called and told them I was outside and they said "we don't have an order for you". I said Hmmmm, I was charged from Postmates for this address. Anyway, after a discussion they did bring me a salad but had no record of me ordering anything. Plus the cost on Postmates is higher than what the normal cost is at my location. I will not be ordering from the web site anymore. A week or two before this, I went to the website again to order something, picked the store I wanted and it showed "This location is not taking any orders". WHAT??? Something is just messed up. Guess I have to look for a new...

The drive through window worker thought that his conversation with another staff member was more important than handling us at the window and kept stopping what he was doing to shoot the breeze with her. He almost missed handing us a drink ss he had his back towards us because his was trying to do two things at one time (having a conversation with her and doing his job).

Also during our time at the window he proceeded to flick her off. While I didn't have children in the car it put an ill taste in my mouth as in that second he was the face of the company and showing that his peers and the customers don't really deserve his respect.

The food was subpar compared to other Zaxbys in the same area. One of the sandwiches was drowned in sauce, to the point the was sauce was all over the inside of the bag and over the other containers in the same bag, while the other sandwich had a small drop of sauce. Disappointed. Placed my order online. Got there at the quoted time and the order waa ready. Sort of. Luckily, decided that we would eat in. Found out we were missing one of our sides, only after we sat down. When we asked about it, we were told they ran out of cole slaw. When we asked if we were charged for it, the employee just said "Yeah". We had to ask for our money back. That's pretty bad. They should have told us that they were out when we picked it up and offered a substitue or a refund. We should not have had to ask. Oh, and when we asked for more ranch dressing for the wings, we were told that the one half full cup they gave us was "all they had". Seriously? And one more thing...
