Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ocean City

Ana #number 197994 had the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I order an Americano with an extra expresso shot. She first gave me the wrong drink. When I got to my hotel room I saw it was wrong, I called the store. She stated she remembered and I told her I would come back for the right coffee. When I got back to the store. She made some regular coffee and added the expresso shot. Again because it was not my coffee, I didn’t try it until I got back to hotel room. It was the worse coffee I have ever had. I asked for a small and they gave me a medium and I had to pay for a medium. My coffee didn’t have enough cream and my friend’s coffee was only cream and didn’t have sugar when she asked for it. Also I asked very clearly for a chocolate sprinkle donut and they gave me a plain chocolate donut. Staff wasn’t super friendly and it was fairly hard to get their attention.
