If I could, I’d give them negative stars. I came here for 3 other people. We sat down, and didn’t receive notice or menus for about 10 minutes. Once we had the menus, we waiting another 10 minutes or so for the server, Kirk, to come back and take our drink orders. Two of us got water and the other two got soft drinks and one of us also ordered a beer. Along with our drinks we ordered their “best seller” Maryland Crab Pizza, which we were SUPER excited to try. 20 minutes go by, we have no drinks, no pizza and he still hadn’t been back to take our entree orders. When he finally does come back to the table, he still has no drinks or pizza in hand. He begins with taking our orders. I start to order a chicken cheesesteak and he says “Oh, I forgot to tell you, we have no chicken. Nothing with chicken.” .. I don’t eat red meat, so that REALLY limits my options.. so he sees we’re disappointed and offers to give us more time to choose something else. Then has to ask AGAIN for our drink orders. All while he tells us how frustrated and stressed out he is with the day. Another 15-20 minutes go by and he finally comes over with the beer- no other drinks. Begins taking our orders again and as were ordering fries he, AGAIN, states they’re out of those as well- NO FRIES AT ALL. After 5 minutes of back and forth over what they can and cannot give us, he mentions they can put chicken tenders on a salad I asked for grilled chicken on, so I accept. We all order the rest of our food and we wait.. another 35 minutes.. he comes out with a side of onion rings.. nothing else. Finally, we ask to speak with a manager. Another gentleman comes out and asks us what was going on. We explain the situation and he just puts his head down and kinda laughs- we’re guessing this is a common occurrence with this server- and asks what he can do for us. At this point, we still don’t have the first pizza we ordered and our food is just starting to come out. They put ONE chicken tender on a whole salad. The manager offered to comp the pizza we ordered and get it out right away. It’s been about 30-40 minutes since that now, and we’re still sitting here with no pizza. Our server, however, went along to another table and openly complained about US and showed them our check to complain about his manager comping things. He charged us for two drinks we didn’t order and an EXTRA $3 for the ONE chicken tender on my salad. When we asked to have things taken off the check his response was “why do you feel like you need anything comped?”.. he has not been very kind or responsive at all. We were never offered any refills or assistance at all. This was one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We cannot believe the service here tonight for poorly constructed food. 3 hours for all of this was...
Read moreThis is absolutely the worst Customer Service possible. Pizza was OK, JUST OK! I went to Johnny's pizza last night and ordered a pie. I was there just over an hour. I stood outside, by the counter and where ever I could grab a spot. I watched as no fewer than 7 customers got the wrong order, lost orders, never had ordered put in the Que. one customer ordered on the phone and walked in to pick up. He paid as they were not ready. After 20 minutes, he was told 2 of his pizzas had been given away. Think he was upset? I watched as multiple customers came in, paid and their order was not in the Que 30 minutes later. Ten minute after I ordered, a man came in with daughter, ordered take out and waited as many were. Finally, he gets called. I inquire with the hostess as he came in after me and ordered under the same name, had a larger order. She said no it's his. So I continue waiting, watching as order after order goes to the wrong customer or never gets placed with the cooks. After 20 minutes this guy who came in behind me comes back in and tells me "this must be your order, we didn't get a pizza like this" Think he was upset? One guy had 5 pizzas ordered, he arrives and is told they are in the oven. Ten minutes later, they tell him part of his order was delivered to the wrong customer. Nice surprise for whomever that was. Sanitary conditions arent the best, pie makers with no hats, no gloves and messy work clothes. This young girl behind the counter was extremely overworked, not putting all the blame here. This is clearly a family run operation in need of "Bar Rescue" The woman owner stays behind the counter just circling the kitchen and front counter, offering no help what so ever to anyone, just getting in the way. She then goes over to the safe on a shelf in clear view of everyone and opens it. Just imagine, anyone could have easily positioned them-self to see the combo, not too bright here. The male owner was working hard, but bouncing all over the kitchen, even yelling at his employees to "stop the negative talk, only positive talk here". Not trying to tout Domino's here, but with half the people, they get it right 99% of the time and to your home in 30 minutes or less. Mass...
Read moreMy family came here for dinner last Monday evening. There was an ad/coupon in the pamphlet from the hotel for half-price pizza on Mondays, dine-in only. I showed the coupon to the server and asked if there was a limit to how many (although coupon did not note a limit). He said no, but you have to tear out the coupon. So we ordered one XL pepperoni and on Large Hawaiian pizza. A few minutes later we added a large Johnnys special. The first 2 pizzas came out very quickly. When we were almost finished with those 2, my MIL asked about the 3rd pizza that she and my FIL were waiting for. Apparently our original server was now off the clock, so the girl who had just come in went to check and advised it was in the oven. About 10-15 minutes later, still no pizza. She went back again and then came back and told us they had taken it out of the oven by mistake but now it was back in. Weird. It came out soon after (but it has now been about 45 minutes since we ordered. I gave her the coupon and then she came back and told us that it is for cheese pizza only. After arguing and asking for a manager (which apparently she was the manager on duty), she finally said, ‘How about I take the Johnny’s pizza off…but I want to make sure you’re going to tip me.’ I was annoyed at the statement and the fact that this solution was a compromise, bc they should have taken that one off anyways…but I had no intention of not tipping. When she brought the new check, she said AGAIN, I would appreciate a tip ‘since I did this for you.’ When she brought my credit card receipt back she said once again, ‘I’d really appreciate a tip…20%.’ At this point I told her that she was irritations and over the top. I had already assured her I was going to tip her…but she didn’t honestly do a whole lot for us except being out the late pizza. I tipped her, and high I deeply regret. I called about an hour later and left my name and # for the owner. But the guy didn’t seem like he was really intending to pass the info along. Told me the owner only stops in here and there. Overall,...
