When my husband and I walked up, all 3 of the girls "working", were sitting down with their phones in their hands. We placed our order, meanwhile not a single employee washed their hands or wore gloves before making our order. I don't think i need to stress the importance of food safety 101. The ice cream was very good, but not great. Also,, the checkout process was confusing. There are two lines, one to place an order and one to pick up the order. Somehow, the older couple that was behind me in the first line, ended up in front of me in the second line. The cashier attempted to give my ice cream to that couple. This place is DELICIOUS! We’ve gone three nights in a row! Haha They have something for everyone when it comes to flavor or ice cream style. I’ve been enjoying the strawberry cheesecake + key lime pie soft serve. The soft service is that Perfect balance of still firm but soft, IYKYK.
