This is a fast food restaurant, however this establishment is certainly a lot cleaner than some fancier, more expensive dine in restaurants. The staff is always friendly and helpful to me, asking me if I need help even if I am not seeking assistance. This store has been here a while, however like most fast food establishments that have been onsite a long time, this one always seems fresh, clean, well maintained and even fairly new. Food always seems freshly cooked, not sitting around, and the menu is usually adding or changing, so be prepared for new items, or for your favorite foods to no longer be available. Good bye again to the McRib... However this is a corporate level thing, not a franchise level thing so don't take it out on them. I do not eat fast food much, but stop often for coffee, or to pick up something for the family on the way home. Coffee is great because I like mine strong, without cream or sugar. Thanks to McDonald's for being there for me every morning and every evening for my going to work coffee, and my drive home coffee. Also a nice clean restroom. Every single time I come to this location it is a 20 minute occasion in the drive thru, even when business is slow which is usually the case when I go there (with plenty of time left before close) and the times I have been here and had this experience was when I had only ordered two drinks! 20 minutes! They take their time with the person in front of me and I end up waiting waiting waiting. I live local and I've been more than patient and tolerant but this has happened one time too many at this point. Tonight I ordered 2 drinks, 2 fries, and 2 sundaes. 20 minutes, per usual. When I received my order my sundae was dripping all over the place on myself and my car. I had already pulled off just being so ready to get out of the line that I pulled off without my drinks and had to go inside. They gave me my drinks and a new sundae, but who wants that at this point? The prices have raised way too much to be dealing with this type of experience. This is ridiculous.
