Normally, I do drive through myself, but every now and again, I use the delivery service. I enjoy a classic roast beef!
Today was the THIRD time that I ordered via delivery and let me tell you the delivery service was FABULOUS! Of course, now you're saying..."Well, if it was such fabulous service, why only three stars?"
The reason is this: If I order via the app for delivery, not only am I charged for the delivery service and a tip, but the price of the sandwich is more as well. I'm good with that, I understand why that is so! When I ordered the sandwich, there are at least a dozen options that I can choose to go with it. I choose TWO, the same TWO, every time.
Now, are they difficult to prepare? No. Are they unusual choices? No. All I asked for was BOTH Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce. I clicked BOTH boxes and what I was hoping for was actually TWO of each sauce, but I wasn't holding my breath. ONE of each would be fine.
For the THIRD time in a row....Arby's sauce ONLY. Am I being petty?? YES, I AM! For $20 (two sandwiches and a shake) I AM being petty as hell. If it was an item that they had to prepare, I might have understood it. If it was an item that didn't normally go with the items I'd ordered, I might have understood. But it's was something common and really, this is the THIRD time.

One lady was at the register when I tried the doors and they were locked. She mouthed to me that they were closed. I tried to ask her to talk to me, and she refused. I then TRIED to tell her through the glass that I already paid and that I wanted a refund. She either refused or didn't understand. I then had to spend over a half hour on the phone waiting for corporate customer service to process a refund because the store had effectively committed theft against me.
First off, I can understand that sometimes emergencies happen and your stores can't always operate according to your published schedule. But I've never been so disrespected by anyone in the service industry to the point where I was absolutely refused the simple common courtesy of a conversation. Said conversation could've possibly alleviated this, but once again, she refused to speak to me. Read morePre Update: 4 months ago. So the employee we had was Jake (Jacob on the reciept). We had ordered some sandwiches with drinks and everything else. I pulled up to the window and asked if I could get some extra Horsy and Arby's sauce. He delivered, he also told me that if I ever just want those sauces they sell them in a couple local grocery stores too now! He was just a vibe and we enjoyed it but our conversation might have caused him to forget to hand our drinks to us and we didn't even know until we got to the Airbnb and I said I'll bring the drinks in... we called the Arby's and he said we can come back for the drinks or the refund because he works until close. We did just that but a few hours later because it was quite a long distant for a few dollars. I pulled back up and we recognized each other and everything went smoothly even when he was slightly busy he left everyone without concern that everyone is in good hands.

Update: November 2025 Revisited this place and the staff must be different. My order was wrong and most of the soda didn't have syrup in it. I changed drinks multiple times and just settled for anything. People were friendly but it just wasn't the same anymore. Maybe I'll do another update in...
