Really unfortunate that I can't share my recent experience directly through a contact option on your website as general feedback. Visited this morning after a long time of wanting to stop by and did not have the same welcoming service that all of the reviews seem to highlight. I walked in, was not greeted, walked up to the front counter where there were 2 baristas and was not acknowledged at all, not even a glance in my direction. Made the mistake here of briskly approaching the counter as if I knew what I wanted, or even their menu, on my first visit. No worries! The baristas right away asked if I knew what I wanted or needed ideas, smoothly segueing into delicious creative options. I went with my usual lavender component added into staff suggestion of the mint espresso.
