McDonald's — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

Ok, I’ve gone to this location for years so when I say I always receive exceptional service I mean that… until they hired Ms. Mercedes now I have came through drive through on 2 occasions where I give my code before I order to later find that she never added it. She responds to you over the mic rudely and always huffs and puffs as well as rolls her eyes at the window in front of the customers. Please throw her in the kitchen or have her cleaning the lobby because her attitude is so nasty it makes what could be a very beautiful young lady look rather nasty. If she does not like food service please advice her to apply elsewhere! She should not be at the window AT ALL!!! To the other associates thank you for knowing what true customer service is! I wish I could show you pictures of how disgustingly dirty this place is. I literally lost my appetite and that is not easy to do- I have an iron gut. There is grease, dirt, and grime everywhere the eye can see. I am gagging. We came here so my son could play on the playground. Just. Don't. Trust me. The drink bar is COVERED in old spillled soda, they are out of napkins, straws, and Dr. Pepper. I had to go up to the counter 3 times because first I needed napkins. Then I needed straws. What a mess. 3 employees are sitting at the table right in front of the counter, eating. One of them is the manager. She claims she cannot reach the napkins or the straws to refill them. I guess she can't reach the towels, cleanser, broom, or mop either. I shudder to think about the condition of the kitchen. SHUDDER! The only positive thing I can say is the food was hot and the staff was friendly....

I will give anyone the benefit of the doubt but 2 times in 1 interaction was not ok. Got out to my car to start eating my McCrispy it was extremely burnt and tasted like burnt oil. Mgr was rude and “extra” loud to inform the entire store it would take 8min for me to get a fresh McCrispy. But to my surprise the “fresh one tasted and looked the same way. (See picture) After she was rude and “extra” loud about me having to pay for an extra sauce. Which I didn’t mind but no one came to ring me up. Not to the lack of the 2 regular employees who initiated the contact with me, but the manager never came to speak with me she again was just loud enough to let the whole restaurant know what the employees passed on to her. Only good thing was the Fries but they were cold once I got my replacement sandwhich. I didn’t want to dare ask for fresh fries after waiting 15 extra...
