My Winn-Dixie is in this shoping area Well stocked, well organized, greeted with warmth and welcome--That's just the basics. What I love and count on (besides the convenient access off Hwy 90, good parking, and CHARGED motorized shopping scooters) is the deli section "meal by the pound," self-serve hot bar. With the kids grown and gone--as the expression goes, I only need to cook for two. 'MY Winn Dixie" as I've come to think of it, is like having a personal chef on many days. On the other hand, I would rather have a Win-Dixie instead of another Aldi's. Aldi's may be cheaper some think but if you compare prices with Walmart they are more expensive.
At the end of the day, this Winn-Dixie has officially been closed. Along with all the other Winn-Dixie stores on the Mississippi...
