Wawa — Restaurant in Ocean Township

Hey, i just want to let you know don’t go here if you don’t want to be accused of stealing. I payed for a cookie and a bitumen water and i ate it in the store because i can’t drive and i was early for something next door. I see a women come up to me and then start whispering to her co worker that i stole a cookie and she saw me take it and put it in my bag( which she didn’t because i payed for it and ate it). I went to get a water to PAY for it because i forgot to get one and the worker said the self checkout is broken (which it wasnt) so i have to pay with the cashier and he said what about the cookie that you stole. I said i payed for it and he said no you didn’t you lier. and i said i did and i’ll show yiu the receipts. and i told him to check the machine. once he saw i wasn’t lying there was no apology no nothing. i payed for my water and left. nothing was said about this. i go here everyday sometimes even twice a day. not anymore. As a frequent customer of my local Wawa's around the area, I must say that this is one of the most disappointing dine in experiences I have had with the company. Wawa is by far my favorite establishment to indulge in when I want to eat out. The service here is beyond slow. There is usually only one person working deli for some reason. The hoagies are never cooked right; when I request for my hoagie to be toasted, the bread is lukewarm and the cheese is never melted. The service is also beyond slow. The employees here also seem to have a disdain of working; they are snarky and have an attitude. They frequently also get my orders wrong and put the wrong proportions in for the drinks I order. I live in Ocean Township and I'm disappointed with this Wawa as I was excited to go here. I will take my business back to Shafto Road and Wawa 929 in Wall. I know you've guys just opened but here I'm going to leave a constructive review, I went to get a hamburger and fries and when we were going to pay they told us that they didn't have the hamburger bun anymore, so far so good, we could have canceled the order. But we decided to pay and exchange for a different bread. The disappointment started then when we went to taste the bread, the bread was stale, and then it was the french fries that seemed to have been made a week ago.They were hard and chewy.
