I've been to many Chick-fil-A's and this has to be the worst possible experience I've ever had in one or in any fast food restaurant. For one, I've only ever had great experiences with this franchise. Normally, the standards for this restaurant are incredibly high. Always with a smile and their signature send off. They always go above and beyond, even serving me lunch in breakfast hours when I know they had no reason to due to policy. However, this location not only shut down my request for some waffle fries at 8:30am but were rather short with me about it. Asking me my name for my order, and replacing it with another forgetting to charge me one item and then being apprehensive when I mentioned it. Shoving the food in my face and forgetting to say that little phrase that is supposed to be part of their orientation training. Now, I am not a person to care for someone's vocabulary at work or for even a smile. Work isn't a place where one likes to find themselves, specifically so early in the morning. Yet, maybe I've become spoiled by my usual Chick-fil-A as I rather enjoy hearing "My pleasure" said with a smile. Furthermore my partner and I were in a rush to work when she noticed that they forgot the only thing I ordered for her that I could buy for her there, as she is vegan. I had to turn around and return to try and fix my order. When I arrived I was greeted by two managers simultaneously, I waited for them to get my meal ready expecting them to let me keep the food they mistakenly gave me as most people do, knowing that they will throw it away as waste when I could have fed someone on the street with the extra food or our pets at the very least. They did not, they took the food, most likely threw it in the garbage and still were slightly rude about it. I've never wanted to call a corporate office to reprimand a fast food restaurant but I think in this instance it might be a course of action I'll consider. Won't be returning, neither should...
Read moreI recently had the absolute pleasure of our department having a graduation celebration for our students at this local Chick-fil-A restaurant. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I can't recommend this establishment enough. The owner, Suzanne, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She and the employees worked closely with us to ensure our group of graduates had a comfortable and festive space to celebrate. The employees went above and beyond, demonstrating unmatched professionalism and a genuine desire to make our event special. Their customer service was top-notch, and I was continually impressed by their friendly and helpful demeanor. In addition, the restaurant itself is impeccably kept. The cleanliness and inviting atmosphere added to the positive experience. This location’s commitment to both delicious food and outstanding hospitality made our graduation party a true success. I extend my sincere gratitude to the owner and their team for creating such a memorable occasion for...
Read moreFirstly, there were younger kids training this day at the drive thru where I ordered, so I would really feel terrible for not taking that into account and cutting them just a bit of slack. My order, in other words, fell short of the mark, and I had to go around again and reorder for children who become desperate monsters when they're hungry and you make them wait for food. Getting that out of the way, I think this fast food chicken franchise is one of the best as far as a healthier option to most others in this same business (depending on what you order, of course). Overall service attitudes were nice and I hope they can get it all together soon for a smoother experience. Just a quick side note, if we were not traveling so far from home, we would never eat fast food. The food you prepare at home will...
