Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ocean View

I am not sure what kind of games this store is playing, but the employees there are very unprofessional. They tried to charge me 17.99 for a small Hawaii pizza. I have don’t to the location for as long as they been in business, so I know the prices. When I questioned the price, Thw employee said, that’s the weekend price. Friday and Saturday are more expensive. I said I have never heard of such a thing! I asked to speak to the manager. He got on the phone and said it’s 13.99 and 5.00 extra for ham and pineapple. I said that’s outrages, cancel my order. I immediately got online to check the price, 14.99....no extra charge! I call back ask to speak to the manager again...question the online price. He said, online is corporate pricing, we are a franchise, and he hung up on me. Papa Johns needs to get some responsible, professional people. I will never order...

Ordered on a Friday, large order. They had one person during the day to handle everything. These people are overworked to the core, and I see why the service is terrible for most people.

After looking at other reviews, it seems nobody can understand the level of business this place is receiving. 100+ orders in less than 5 hours and everybody expects their order in 30 minutes. Maybe don't trust the website that spews a random number when ordering online. The "call center" that takes orders also don't understand the actual wait time. Seems like corporate doesn't give a damn about their workers

4th of July is coming up, so don't be surprised if you get your food an hour or more after ordering. They have to hire more people to keep up with this heavy business nowadays, i hope they...

As a worker here, definitely order online. The call centre workers are ineffective & not knowledgeable of our discounts.

Be weary of 5-8 pm, as those are our busiest hours, possibly adding an extra 30-60 minutes to your wait time for carryout, or even up to 1.5-2 hours for delivery at peak business

Only issue from our online service is that it's quite inaccurate about wait times, promising the order to be ready or delivered 15-45 minutes earlier than actually possible, whether due to heavy business or lack of staff, which no customer will want to hear.

We have good food, our workers are diligent, and we're always working against failing conditions to give everybody good service. We hope...
