Today was the worst experience ever. Yelled at by staff. They were understaffed according to them not my problem as the consumer. Many places are like this happy to wait however, see #2. Again understaffed not the customers fault. Yelling at customers is unacceptable. They won't care at all that they lost an excellent customer who came in about 4 times a week. Do not own a business if you stink at customer service. We patiently waited outside for over 30 minutes for our 1 coffee and 1 sandwich. When the sandwich came out the coffee did not. When asked about the coffee the staff screamed. Hello again not the customer's fault you could not get two shots of espresso out. Awful experience so upset. We got the boyfriend in a spinach wrap, a breakfast sandwich with bacon, and the apple tropic juice. The kids wanted to try the apple tropic juice and I picked it since it was just fruit buttttt it tasted very green. May be because the person ahead of us ordered something with celery or kale juice? Many of my guests have gone to JB and the reviews are mixed 50 /50 from good but overpriced to really rude people serving them which makes the pricing seem really not justified.
