When I show up, the store is usually clean and orderly (drive thru or walk in). The food itself is most often great, aside from a few incorrect orders (ie. Ordered no pickles, still got pickles, etc.). A few orders come thru with poor quality control (soggy buns, lack of fries when ordering a large meal, overly greasy patties, etc.). The staff however, have always been amazing. The issue with service seems to consistently come down to management. Any disputes or disagreements are met with hostility and denial 90% of the time, even with a receipt backing up what I had ordered, whether cash, card, or thru the app.
Overall, pretty quality food here with staff that care a majority of the time, and make sure the order is out in a timely manner. Issues seem to arise whenever you question your order or need alterations to said order. Worst case scenario, ask bank for a refund, especially if dealing with the app*.
*I ordered thru the app, was charged by my bank, and upon arrival to pick up the food, I was told the charge didn't go thru. I was denied my food, even after payment was confirmed by my bank and and the McDonalds app. I precedded to show them the charge via my chase app, and the McDonalds app, both confirming said purchase, yet they denied me my food and asked for an alternate payment. This is the issue with management. They stepped in to deny me, despite valid reciepts. A simple call to my bank with an explanation of what happened restored my money, and led me to boycott this store until i felt a shift in management.

Read more9/1/17 3:30 - My child & I yelled for help from the manager as 2 teenage boys were fighting in the lobby. One was choking the other, while a group of teens watched. All this in front of the play area with children ages 2-5 watching.
I yelled again for help. The "manager", who I realized was worthless & completely impotent when he stated "I'll handle it"' while he delivered food in the lobby. Promptly did nothing but go behind the counter. I noted that his long hair, pants that were hanging inappropriately low for someone in a management position & overall non professional behavior aided in the disrespect that these teens CLEARLY had for this McDonalds that was full of families trying to let their children have respit from the 96° heat wave.
The teens went back to their tables saying taunting things to me & laughing as if they had showed me that they were untouchable. The rest of the guests remained hostage to their loud & disruptive behavior as they took up all the tables in the inside lobby & remained unsupervised by any adult.
What has happened to this McDonalds? It's so sad to see it go...
