The food there is great and always good and not a very long wait time unless you are unliked by the main lady manager and one guy employee who mainly works drive-thru but sometimes front counter he is VERY VERY rude, I'm sorry for anyone who encounters or has to deal with him. I personally think he shouldn't work there because of his attitude and lack of nice/great customer service. I recently had an incident that occurred within this last week. Me and my fiance always go here and we decided to go and have lunch one day and we just got there and I was smoking a cigarette which I was basically done with but finishing before I went in there which my fiance was already in there sitting down so as I was about to put it out and head inside he abruptly swung the door open with 1000% anger face almost beat red and rudely raised his voice at me saying word for word "YOU GUYS CANT DO THAT, YOU CANT SMOKE OUT OF MY STORE, YOU GUYS NEED TO LEAVE NOW!!!" Well let's keep in mind there's not one sign stating no smoking once so ever and secondly saying you guys when it was just me was absolutely absurd. While he was basically yelling this to me there was another customer not too far from me smoking and he said not one word to her and pretty much all of their cooks smoke as well. We were so upset because we didn't even get the chance to order anything and we were starving. So I went inside to go tell my fiance because he didn't talk to him either so I had to tell him that we got kicked out and have to leave while I was doing so the main manager was counting the register and constantly slamming anything and everything that she possibly could and didn't even say 1 word to the employee who pretty much scolded me for absolutely no reason. If those 2 employees weren't there this place would be absolutely awesome and 100% have more customers because the 2 of them drive away the majority of people who want to come there. Lastly this is the only place I have ever heard of charging almost $1.00 for a very small cup of water to select customers that is and when they do that sometimes they will shut off the entire drink machine.. so you'll pay for a cup of water to not be able to get any because the machine is shut off. Went at around 9:30 on April 17th and we had our order taken as usual, then we get to the window and we hand them a card and they say “oh we’re not taking card, cash only sorry!” To which we reply “oh we only have card” Then the girl asks another worker if they’re taking card and the other girl comes over and tells us “We’re not taking card, there’s a sign and I did tell you before I took that order.” In the fake nice customer service voice. We didn’t notice a sign (there could have been one, but we didn’t see one, and they 100% did not say anything about cash only before taking our order.) Just really jarring having someone be so rude and gaslighting us about them telling us they’re only taking cash. It was really awkward and hilarious to be treated so rudely, so randomly. I work retail so I can empathize with expecting to have rude customers not understand problems that low-wage workers run into. However we were not rude customers and gave them no problems. Even after what she said, we were dumbstruck and just said “oh okay, thank you.” And left. Seriously confusing and sad experience after a bad day. Read moreI am so very disappointed, I visited this Taco Bell on Wednesday and I was stuck in line in the drive through for 30min or so. After I reached the window I handed my debit card to the clerk and I was shortly after handed my food. I was frustrated after waiting I did not realize that I did not receive my debit card back. In the morning when I reached to use it I noticed it was gone. I then called the store and spoke to the manager who seemed very helpful. I was hopeful to get the situation resolved quickly. But unfortunately I never received a return call, and no one else answered my call when I called to get a status on the situation. Again, by the evening I was concerned about my card, I decided to call the back and cancel the card and have it replaced when the Bank clerk informed me someone attempted to use it. Well, I am disappointed and in the future I will avoid eating at this establishment to prevent situations from happening...
