One of my all time favorite places already.

The day before a surgery my doctor's told me not to eat past a certain time. I chose this place and I chose right.

Their Pad Thai is amazingly made. It's so flavourful. Makes me jealous because I cook pad Thai all the time!

And of course I had to buy the $5 mega sized Thai Boba tea. It was so sweet and delicious, but honestly take the size into account. It had a handle for me to carry it!

You can tell they care about their restaurant as it's always very clean and well furnished. It was even themed out in February as we approached valentine's day.

Well, after a good experience of course I had to come back. I reminisced with their Pad Thai and also ordered the Tom Kha. The pad Thai did not miss and the Tom kha was delectable.

The seafood Tom kha was served, as pictured, in a heated pot where I could scoop out what I needed into a bowl. I personally like to order white rice to eat it with.

I had it at a 4 just to have a slight spicy flavour but it did not over power. I enjoyed it's silky coconut flavor.

It is always a special feeling when you stumble upon an eatery with no recommendations from Google, Yelp or friends and then this new place is outstanding. PHO Kitchen is one of those places! The food is delicious and well prepared, the portions are large, the people are friendly, the service is quick, and the prices are reasonable! My companion and I shared a large bowl of their shrimp and egg noodles soup with the shrimp being huge and numerous, the noodles cooked perfectly and the flavors balanced. They also will give you a plate of fresh basil and bean sprouts which adds an even better layer of flavors to the already yummy bowl. And be sure you use the small pair of scissors they give you to cut the lengthy noodles into a manageable size! We also had the spring rolls which were also perfect. Finally we topped it off with their delicious iced tea which was actually hot tea poured over the ice in your glass. Our second visit was just as good as the first! They also have vegetarian options as well as kids plates and a dessert menu we have yet to explore. So if you are into Vietnamese cuisine then you must put PHO Kitchen on your list of places to try! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR GLUTEN-FREE. The server assured me they can make what I ordered, gluten-free, but they didn't. They brought me orange chicken coated in flour and got mad when I refused the order. Then brought me noodles that I was sure contained wheat, the server assured me they weren't but I asked another server and he said he didn't know. I asked if I could review the ingredients to be sure before my children and I ate and he couldn't provide it. He told me I shouldn't order things that could contain gluten. I have ordered at other Thai places and they have always been great at switching the type of noodle if needed. I'm so disappointed. I love supporting family business but was treated poorly. Their menu says to let them know if we have dietary restriction so they can adjust to our needs but they DID NOT. I was there with my husband and 4 little ones. I even explained that we have celiac disease and can get really sick and they were STILL rude about it.
