Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Oceanside

I am not going to lie, Everytime I spend my money here, I never get what I asked for or ordered. I have never had weinerschnitzel until I moved across the street from them. And I don't go often but when I do I have had multiple occasions where I go home bring my food up and then when I open it it's not what I asked for. I get upset because I had to pay for something I didn't get, every, single, time. I just got home and opened my fries, got the wrong one so I had to walk back and ask for the ones I ordered. By the time I got home and finished my fries, I opened my burger and yet, it was the wrong burger too. I just said f** this, I'm not going back again for a friggin burger and now I'm mad.

There was another time i asked for something, didn't get it, went back to get it and they said they didn't charge me for it so I have to pay for it yet I forget to bring my wallet back with me. So I have to go back home and get nothing.

It's just annoying.

I definitely recommend looking in your bags and opening all the product and reviewing your receipt prior to leaving...

Not like other fast food, order is always correct. I've never received an incorrect order. There is a man that is usually there that I have to assume is the owner because he behaves as if he has a stake in the business. He seems to care that things are dine right and the customer is served (yes! served. Like old fashion service used to be). They dont go overboard, it is a drive up window and fast! Services is outstanding because it is efficient, kind. Clean, accurate and all precautions are taken to make sure the customer is cared for properly. The right questions are asked and people aren't running from the window to fetch things that should be accessible by the window. Well...

They literally touch the hot dogs & burgers with their bare hands & started arguing with me when I asked if they could handle my food with gloves on. I have never had a problem with how this place has prepared my food in the past because they always have gloves on but this visit I was treated so wrongly when I asked for my food to be prepared with gloves. As I seen a lady handling food with gloves but this man made my food with his bare hands. & when I asked for a refund because I no longer wanted the food they started cursing in Spanish which prompted the verbal altercation.
