The early morning crew (around 6 am) need to get it together. Two mornings in a row I stood at the counter for about 7 min before someone actually said something to me. The first morning the cashier NEVER did greet me at all. She came to the register, looked at me and just stood there. I just stood there too, waiting for her to say a greeting. After I saw I wasn't going to get one, I just gave her my order. It took about 10 more min to get my food, which was just left on the counter for me since I'd gone to the restroom. May I note, I was the ONLY customer there at that time until another man came in. He seemed unhappy as well while waiting for his food. I ONLY ordered a burrito, a coffee and a bottle of water. No one was around when I got my food from the counter so I left angry & disgusted with the service. When I got down the street I realized my water was missing so I got more angry, but mainly because of the horrible customer service. Didn't go back because I was now running late to work. While I was there that day, the employees saw me standing there and kept walking around doing whatever, and NEVER once acknowledged me, including the manger. It appeared that nothing was ready, THEY weren't ready, and no one cared. After a repeat the next day, I was like "forget them, I'm never going back there on that shift". Customer service starts from the manager in charge, on down. Allll of them need training because they don't need to be working...

I arrived here around 6:15AM on a Monday morning. The doors were still locked and an employee opened the door for me when she saw I was trying to come in. The woman who took my order was kind, I ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins & a coffee. The coffee was burnt, probably from sitting there for a while, but the sandwiches were hot. They have a fish tank, which looked clean so that was nice. When I started looking around though I noticed how unsanitary everything was. As a past fast food worker, I know the night shift can be either hit or miss rush wise. Considering it's Monday I find it highly unlikely that it was busy on a Sunday evening. There was trash all over the floors, counters, etc. Ketchup stuck between the glass windows and plants. Simple clean ups at the counters and behind them as well. Makes me wonder what it looks like in the kitchen if it's that bad in public. I literally wanted to get a broom and some sanitizing spray to start cleaning myself - it was that bad. Then shortly after they realized I was taking pictures they sent someone out to begin cleaning.
Sanitation and food safety should always be #1 in any restaurant.
I understand that it was a shift change time but realistically that should be their priority on their down time besides prep for the morning rush. They had more than enough staff & if they kept up with it throughout the day/night immediately it wouldn't have...
Read moreMe and my fiance came here literally not even 15 minutes ago. We ordered a quarter pounder meal and a mcChicken bundle.
When we got our food the fries were old so we came back around and asked for new fries and the mcChicken was cold and old as if it had been sitting out. She comes back with the fries. Same old fries that they just dropped back in the grease.
She told the lady. You can see the lady getting irritated. Then my fiance takes a sip of her drink and it tastes like celsa water. When the lady returns she tells her that it tastes funny. My fiancé asks for a lemonade. The lady then proceeds to say she can’t do a lemonade because it’s a upcharge.
Upcharge? I ask to speak to the manager. We normally don’t complain but cmon now. The lady leaves the window open and you can hear her plain as day talking to her employees while referring to my fiancé as a B while complaining.
At this point I’m livid. I get out the car and go in and speak directly to the manager because what we not about to do is be disrespectful for expecting you to do your job. We are human. We gone make mistakes but also being human we simply just correct it.
We weren’t asking for anything free or extra just simply what we paid for. And me myself being a district manager. Bad customer service is the number one thing that causes places to lose...
