August 2021 - This place is horrible. They close whenever they feel like it; not open 24 hrs. I ordered thru the mobile App, got to the location and waited.....and waited.....and waited. Watched cars come and go that arrived after us. Then the app thanked me for coming like i had gotten my order which I didn't. Tried to go in and see what was going on after 20 minutes. Lobby was locked. Then tried several times to call, but they wouldn't answer. Waited another 10 minutes and then drove around and went to the drive thru. They preceded to tell us they were not taking any more orders because they were short staffed. I told them i had been waiting for 45 minutes for mobile order. Told us to go back and wait in the spot we said we were in. Waited again, as MORE cars were going through and getting things, yet we had nothing. Would have left, but they had already charged my card. Then I'm told that it's not their fault that I've been waiting for 45 minutes because they only have 3 people working. REALLY??? Told them they keep giving out orders to others but not me. Apparently they only care about door dash orders. Told them I didn't care because i still placed my order before the door dashers. But they didn't care. After ALL that time they still tried to short order us. They hand us the food and walk away. Refused to come to the window so we could tell them they forgot some things. Had to beep the horn, told them they forgot some things. They never asked us what they forgot, yet a couple minutes later they bring what they forgot. Went through the order again and seen they forgot a drink. They refused to come and told us to leave. So you order 40 bucks worth of food and we get old food, and forgotten items and it's OUR fault because they are short staffed???? REALLY?? Maybe it's time we all start to boycott this AWFUL place and maybe they will leave!!!
5/2019 Higher management must have been reading/listening because this place has turned around. We use the drive-thru and what a difference. Workers are pleasant and kind; No rudeness! Actually have been here a few times and we haven't had any mixed up meals. Kudos to whoever finally got rid of the bad people here. If this keeps up, I may come here more often.
Food is ok, but lately the wait here is just crazy. Drive thru waits are too long. UPDATE11/2018 This McDonald's just keeps getting worse. The orders are constantly wrong, a lot of the employees are unfriendly, and they won't greet you. The manager (Alyssa) is rude and doesn't keep her appearance up. A manager shouldn't blame a customer when they screw up an order. Will not return to this horrible establishment...
Read moreWe went on Thursday morning (Nov 28th) at around 2:00am. We placed a drive thru order with two orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets and a 6 piece chicken nugget meal along with two cheeseburgers.
We got our order but never received our 6 piece chicken nugget meal however we received our drink and side of fries with that meal. We went back to the window to let the man with the greasy long hair know we did not receive our nuggets. He then said that he “did not have any extra nuggets laying around” acting like we were lying about 6 nuggets when we explained that we received our drink and fries for the meal but simply not our nuggets. He asked for our receipt but they never gave us it. He found it on the ground and very rudely said that we only ordered one 10 piece nuggets and “we must have said it too quietly” and confidently asked us “what are we complaining about?” We pointed out that the receipt clearly said that we paid for two 10 piece nuggets (which we already said we received) and a 6 piece nugget meal which we said that the 6 nuggets were just missing. He was rudely assuming we were immediately in the wrong when he was very clearly incorrect in everything that he was saying. We explained the whole situation again and the worker said that since there was one other car in the drive through, we needed to get out of line and that more nuggets were in the fryer.
He never apologized but rather just demanded we get out of line and closed the drive thru window. We went back around the drive thru line but ended up just leaving after going back to the end of the line and waiting 10 minutes.
Not a huge deal about the missing nuggets, but the way this worker acted is actually...
Read moreIn a word: Garbage. Now, one does not expect the pinnacle of food product and service excellence when visiting a McDonalds. If you do, reign in your expectations. However, this location has time and time again failed to meet even meager expectations of service quality, product quality, and efficiency. Out of the 5 times I've visited this location in the last year, 4 of those times have been unsatisfactory. Typically, even a modest "rush" that other McDonalds restaurants would shrug off with little effort, absolutely CRIPPLES this location. The reason I'm writing this review? I left the location with no order placed after 14 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru with only ONE car ahead of me to get to the ordering kiosk. The line simply was. not. moving. But the volume was such that any worthy McDonalds would breeze right through. We're talking 3 PM in the afternoon. Not 5 or 6. 3 PM. Not even rush hour, and the efficiency and product delivery had already ground to a halt. Now, I'd count this as a one-off malfunction of some unseen piece of machinery if this was my first time. But in my unfortunate judgement of visiting this location over the past several years, situations like this are the norm and not the exception.
It's clear that the franchise owners, managers, and/or team leads at this location are either not trained enough, or are not competent enough, to effectively train and lead a team to provide effective service or product quality.
