Bubba's 33 — Restaurant in Odessa

Wow i just got off the phont with someone named Yahtzee floor manager???? I ordered a pizza over the phone. I was told to pick it up in 15 min 20 min standard right. I show up in like 20 min I pulled up to curbside pick up, ( dosen't curbside pick up mean they bring it out to you i could be wrong). I call and say i am here to pick up my pizza i am at curbside pickup. They ask me to come in i walk up to the service station and say i am here to pick up my pizza. I was told someone would be right with me. I was looking in the service isle and saw a pizza box. It had drinks around it and what looked like trash around the box. About ten minutes have past i am getting impatient. So i ask the same girl i spoke with the first time about the pizza. She takes my card to run payment like 21.75$ something like that. I finally get my pizza i tell one of the people there that have a Walkie talkie that i wanted to speak with a manager. But i just complain to him instead of waiting another 10 minutes. I get home and its the wrong pizza. I call to complain now again because its the wrong order. Yahtzee the floor manager tells me if i bring the pizza back she will give me a refund or i can come back and get a new pizza. I live 20 minutes away. I try and explain that. To her credit she did offer me a free dinner for 2 next time i come but no refund. I just dont have any faith that the next time I come in that will really happen. If i could get some kind of a Response from the company that would be great. Never had a problem before but Im not happy.

I recently visited here. The food was good. I had a burger and fries. Nothing to complain about food or service wise.

The place was SUPER SUPER BUSY, BUSY! BUSY!. - and really loud. It was pack out. Every booth, and table was filled. But it didn't take long for me to get a seat. I was by myself so that helped but if I would have had someone with me I would have had a longer wait.

There are sports playing on over a dozen TV's placed all the way around the walls. But the issue is the noise. Because of the close seating, crowded areas, TV's running loud, hundreds of people packed inside all talking loud trying to be heard above everything else in a building like this makes it loud. TOO LOUD for me. I felt claustrophobic and uneasy. I felt rushed - hurry and eat and get out of that noise.

The pricing of the food and types of food served was on average with other places like Chili's, Logans, Texas Roadhouse, etc... To me this is just a clone of other chain style places. nothing about it really makes it stand out from the other brand chains (FOR ME). Although they offer other foods other than burgers its still got that chain store feel that you can get similar at another place. If you want a good burger then you can get the same style at any other chain store of another name. The food did come out quickly and did have a good taste. But I just couldn't relax and enjoy it . The atmosphere is just too busy and loud of a place...

Waitress started out sweet. They were out of the whiskey my husband wanted so he got a different kind no big deal. I ordered a chicken dish that comes with rice but asked to do an order of steamed broccoli instead of the rice. Waitress said no problem. They bring our salads out and we realize we weren’t given forks. We ask a different waitress nearby if we can grab some forks. She says yes but never comes back. Walked by our table a few times. My husband ends up going to the host stand himself and getting them. They bring out our mains and my chicken is missing pico de gallo and it’s also just the chicken, no broccoli. Our waitress comes back and I ask for the broccoli and my husband orders another whiskey. She says she’ll grab it for us. I finish my chicken and my husband finishes his steak and still no broccoli or other whiskey. The manager comes up and tells my husband that they are also out of that whiskey. He orders a different brand and we ask for my broccoli again. He says he’ll get it. My husband’s whiskey comes and he finishes that one. Still no broccoli. Finally the waitress comes back and doesn’t mention the broccoli just asks if we were still doing okay. I mention I never got the broccoli I asked for 4ish times and just want to make sure I won’t get charged for it. No apology or anything she just says I wont since I subbed it for the rice. Okay. We pay, I still tip her 20%, and we left. I hope someone else got my broccoli...
