Review from my visit on 6-21-25. "Gerardo" "Geraldo" is probably the worst "manager" I've ever encountered. All he does is interrupt you while you're stating your disagreement with an item and talks over you every chance he gets to make himself feel better about himself. There was a small disagreement over a $26 lobster sandwich. Yes, your read correctly. A $26 lobster sandwich. He stated this comes with 4.5oz of lobster meat as i was curious. When I received my sandwich, I begged to differ. Pretty sure I know what 4.5oz looks like so I asked to speak to him regarding the portion size. He became very aggressive from the get go and told me "I was wrong" for feeling how I felt about it even though I told him I'd be happy to pay for it if it was weighed out in front of me letting me know I was wrong. Did he weigh it out in front of me? Of course not. He brought out a styrofoam cup of lobster meat soaked in mayonnaise and began stating "here's what 4.2oz looks like". Interesting....i didn't ask to see a cup of meat soaked in mayonnaise. I was curious what the meat on my sandwich weighed lol he continued to act belligerent, yelling at me telling me I was wrong and he's been doing this for a very long time. Really? That's how a "manager" acts when a customer is simply expressing their opinion about something? After the 5th time of him interuppting me and telling me I was wrong, I called him a jerk of a manager. As soon as I said this, him, the bimbo red head bartender, and a heavy set blonde server verbally attacked me (watch the restaurants video footage). They said, "that's it, I'm calling the cops!". Why? Because I said the word "jerk"? Weird...what happened to a customer expressing their opinion about something? Does anyone here understand the first amendment? Apparently not. I proceeded to exit the business property as they "asked" me to leave. Is this the type of establishment you'd want to bring yourself or your family? I think not. "Gerardo"...do better little guy. Zero stars if I could.
*notice how recently there's been a decline in overall customer satisfaction based on reviews since this new "manager" has been present. STAY AWAY...
Read moreWent there yesterday 12/29/19 right at 6pm. The place was way less then half full so I figured hey, I should be able to get a quick meal and leave before I head over to school. Problem is that didn't happen. I walked in and was greeted immediately which was great. They sat me at the first booth to right in the front. I was told someone would be with me shortly. So I looked over the menu... looked sum-more and placed the menu down. Another couple came in and sat across from me. Nice looking older couple. I then proceeded to watch upcoming movies trailers on YouTube while I waiting for someone to attend me. I was on my 3rd preview when I just about had it. The elderly couple who came in AFTER me got their order taken and I was still waiting. I look over to the door and 5-people where standing and talking. Yep 5. I then proceeded to stand up and walk right out the front door. Not a single one of those 5 people even asked if everything was all right. Seriously people? I wasn't upset that the elderly people got served first, I got upset that I wasn't even acknowledged. In all the time I was there they didn't even take my drink order which is usually the first thing you do. How was the food... I couldn't tell ya. Was it overpriced... absolutely. Was I willing to pay for it... yes I was. Did I exist to staff of Glory Days... no. You want to lose a customer for life... pretend that he's not there and hope that he goes away. Mission accomplished. I could understand of you were busy but you...

Despite outstanding service from our server Jennifer—who was friendly, attentive, and the highlight of the visit—the overall experience at Glory Days was disappointing.
The food was mediocre at best, lacking the kind of flavor or presentation that would make me want to return. The menu is bloated with too many options, which seems to dilute the kitchen’s ability to excel at any one thing. A more focused menu with a few standout dishes could elevate both quality and consistency.
The atmosphere felt tired and uninspired—TV screens scattered across the walls in a half-hearted attempt to be a sports bar, and no distinct identity to set it apart from countless other casual chains.
Restrooms were dirty, with the classic sticky tile-and-grout floors.
The best part of the lunch? A great conversation with Tom Ryan, VP of Business Development for Pasco County Economic Development. Tom’s commercial real estate background gives him an unmatched perspective on helping companies relocate or expand in the Tampa Bay area. Executives exploring business growth in Florida would be wise to connect with him.
In short, Glory Days reminds me of why casual dining is in decline. Great service alone can’t overcome poor food, a lack of focus, and neglected details. With the right vision and operational shifts, there’s still time to turn it around—but it starts with knowing what you want to...
