Just left and I’ve always liked coming here since it’s my favorite McDonalds due to it being clean and usually quick service. But I placed an order on the app at 8:30 pm and ordered to go inside and grab it since the option was AVAILABLE. And while I submitted the order to go inside and grab it. They locked all the doors so no one can get in. They saw me asking nicely for them to open it and ignored me. I called and they kept ignoring my calls until finally a lady picked up and asked me what do I want. I kindly told her I needed her to open the door so I could step in quickly and get my order. Tell me why she hangs up on me, and her and the manager walk towards me at the front door very aggressively and yell at me “Don’t ever order here again, especially at this time. And don’t order inside because we’re already closed.” And they were yelling at other customers (teenagers) to get out while they were placing their orders since they wanted to close. I told them since they had such a big problem to take it up with the app since it says the lobby wasn’t closed. And they just said “here take your food and go” and tossed my food at me once I told them. In my opinion, this place is gonna drop fast with people like that working here. Especially the manager and what seemed to be his assistant. Both snotty and rude and immature and they could barely even speak a word of English. Really hope this issue gets resolved. But until then, I recommend nobody else comes here if you’re trying to avoid getting yelled at or your food...
   Read moreI had an unfortunate experience in which our delivery order was cancelled without any initial explanation as to why. My wife and I were sick so we had decided to take advantage of the free delivery promotional for orders totaling $20 or more. I tried contacting this McDonald’s location via the listed phone number two or three times and was unable to get anyone to answer on the other end. After contacting Door Dash for answers we were told that our order to be delivered had been taken by the wrong driver and thus the order was cancelled. I was more than frustrated because it had already been over an hour and we weren’t being provided any answers or solutions. The money was refunded but we were still without food and no guarantee that if I attempted to reorder from this location that it would not happen again. I decided to go up to McDonald’s to try and speak with the manager on duty as well as reorder our food. When I got inside I asked for the MOD which turned out to be a woman named Lleni. After explaining what had happened and showing her some information to support my claim she went out of her way to make it right. This manager deserves some praise because I truly felt understood and that she cared about my experience. The lady came out and asked what I ordered and she didn't have my order , she walks off and I'm assuming she went it to get it. A few minutes go by and she brings another car their food so I ask her if I need to go inside and she said yes. It was just ridiculous. I told the manager when I went inside to get my order and she said it was the lady's first day and I told her that didn't matter she could have told me I needed to go in. They never and I mean never get the order right , I started using the kiosk because no one speaks English. Once I asked for no ketchup or mustard that I wanted mayo and the cashier looked lost and said they didn't have mayo.
