Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Odessa

TERRIBLE!! Man on phone taking my order was rude, could not understand my simple conversation of pizza & wings and I definitely could not understand his mouth full of garbled rocks! When my husband arrived to pick up our order, he thought the place was closed. All of the lights in the dining room were completely off; giving the appearance that they were Closed. There were no other customers inside and the employees were dancing & messing around. The man who gave my husband our food, greatly lacked people skills. Like myself, my husband had a difficult time having understandable conversation with the man... And his mouth piercings are not an excuse, because we know of others who speak clearly with such things. The three topping Pizza was poorly put together and the Wings were a joke with half of them being just TINY snippets! We were just passing through for the evening and if ever we come through Odessa again, we will NOT choose...

The young hispanic girl (cashier) with big thick eyelashes.. I looked at my receipt no name on it, didn't see a name tag only way I can describe her.... But she was very rude and very annoyed by me asking what the deals and promotions were and was annoyed that I was going to make the online order at the register (store bone dry empty)because I asked about the $7 lovers deal and told me I couldn't order a personal pan pizza The Hut deal in store but I ordered it at the other Pizza said they were different franchises and had different deals told us we couldn't sit in the restaurant because it's closed so we sat in our car never called us for our food never brought the order out never nothing she's very rude I will never return to this pizza again... And it took 20 minutes to get the food but the employees seem to be able to sit outside and smoke cigarettes I was confused on policy an procedure at this...

I had ordered online for carry out, it was around 9:00pm, and I decided to wait in the curbside parking area for my pizza. No one else was in the parking lot besides employee vehicles, I assume. I noticed many employees looking through the windows at my car, with a concerned look. A few minutes pass by, and 3 OPD officers surround my car. The pizza hut employees had called the police on me, as they thought I was a threat to them, by simply sitting in my vehicle waiting for my pizza. As soon as I got out of my car, the police stepped back as they realized I was not a threat, and was in fact, simply waiting on my pizza.
