Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Odessa

Have ordered from this location a number of times over the last few years with no issues...until last night. I put in an online order for some pizzas, cheese sticks, wings and a 4 pk of drinks. When my order arrived, my fiance answered the door and grabbed the order. When she came back inside, I noticed she had no drinks and I told her I had added them to the order. She quickly went back outside and caught the delivery driver who informed her there were no drinks on the receipt, even though they were there. Having paid for something I didn't receive, I tried to call the store to let them know I didn't get something from my order. After dialing the number, an automated message started to play and then about 5 secs in I was disconnected. I did this 4 or 5 more times, and my fiance did it a number of times before I was finally able to get through to a person. This person took my info and put me on hold to investigate and while on hold...I was disconnected again. It took 4 or 5 more calls to the same number without being disconnected before I reached a person again, who I explained my situation to once again. This person transferred me directly to the store phone number and finally I was able to speak to someone who could help. After giving her my info and situation, she informed me that the drinks weren't showing on their order board but that she could see them on the receipt. She told me she would gather my drinks and have them delivered on top of a $5 credit to my account for the trouble. As I sit here writing this review, approx. 24 hours later, I still have not received my drinks nor the $5 credit to my account. Happy...

I'm really bummed. This is my home town and I've bragged to many that we have the best pizza hut out there. I don't think I feel that way any longer. I've ordered several times since moving back to Odessa last year. There's a problem every single time and it's usually something pretty out there. Tonight my kid asked if we could have pizza and I obliged. We called it in a little after 9 and patiently awaited the 10:30 drop off. At 10:25, we got a notification that our pizza had been handed to us. Nope, it hadn't. We called and were told that it was a problem with the system and the pizza had just left. We waited another half hour and called back in. This time, we were told they ended up using door dash and that if there was a problem that they were responsible and to call them. I was really upset at this point, but called and they say that I need to talk to the store. I'm not going to be rude and provide names, but I was shocked right before asking to speak with a manager, that she was in that said manager. I hope this stuff gets better. I eat here all the time. The store it’s self I would give 5 stars. However one of their drivers delivered a couple pizzas to our neighbors and almost hit my daughter because I he was speeding and not paying attention. I ran across my neighbors yard and stopped him as he was pulling out of the complex and I told him nicely that he needs to pay attention and slow down because we had a bunch of kids outside playing. Our complex has two cul-de-sacs So the kids do go from one neighbors house to the other. After I told him to slow down, he replied with” I am” and then sped off again. I went up to the store and talk to the manager and I said all I ask is that he listen to what I have to say and apologize for it and that would be it. However, he did not even want to do that. his actions were totally Disrespectful and very unprofessional. I left my contact info at the store for the RGM and waiting for her...
