McDonald's — Restaurant in Ogallala

Fast and courteous customer service. However, on July 7th (it was my fiancé's and my anniversary, that's how I remember this date), at around 11pm, I personally received two raw cheeseburgers. I also didn't receive the bottled water they charged me for, since I apparently couldn't get a fountain water with my meal. I wasted about $15 in one night, because they had closed by the time I had looked at the burgers. As a local, I have visited this establishment many times, and whenever I order before this time, they seem to be cooked. However, after 10pm, it's seeming to be a hit or miss.. I was hesitant to post this after that, as it could have been a one-time mistake, but then my brother had received two raw burgers at night time as well, a few days after this situation. So, here it is. We are both food service employees too and know that serving non-hazardous food is MANDATORY. I don't know if the night shift is trying to be speedy, which I understand to a degree, but not at the sacrifice of quality and safety.. In no way am I trying to shame these employees or employers, but I hope they may take the time to review this.

UPDATE: Yet again, it's midnight and just received another raw cheeseburger 🙄🙄 One of my friends, a week ago, also received TWO McGriddles in the morning with literally NOTHING...

Customer service is poor. Very short worded and irritated sounding at the drive up just about everytime I come. I'm a local that feels like gets treated like an "out of towner." It's not hard to apply a good attitude at work, even on the bad days.

Update 12/12/22: The previous Monday I had a stessful experience during the later dinner hours here; as the place seemed a little busier at that hour than usual. I ordered a happy meal, 20pc nugget, & French fries.. I waited in line for 25 mins!! If I would have known it'd take this long for a a minimal order I wouldn't have came.. The staff was still decently friendly compared to what it has been and I did eventually get my food with no mistakes..

Update 12/17/22: Tonight I had the friendliest service I've had in a VERY, VERY, long time at this Mc. Donald's. I didn't catch the gentlemans name, but young, dark hair, pleasant. It was refreshing to have someone who seemed to enjoy working at their job. Asked for extra sauce at the end of the transaction and he most certainly did deliver! Wish I caught his name, but he deserves some praise and to know that he is seen and heard! Moved my review up a star because of this guy. Keep it up and I'll be sure to...

My husband and I stopped here as an employee named Mikayla who works at this location went on her break. There were two coach busses filled with men & women who are in the army. Mikayla was verbally irate and was complaining about not being able to eat on her break due to the amount of orders in progress. Then went on to complain about her coworkers being too slow and not being able to handle the rush, as she sat in the lobby on her phone. While on her break, the order caller would call numbers out and she would scream at the people in waiting area to check their numbers. Over and over again we overheard her continually complaining about the army holding her break up. There was another coach bud coming off of the interstate, she got up and yelled hoping they were going to Subway or Wendy’s so she didn’t have to work. This was extremely disrespectful to the men and women there who are serving our country. I do however give props to the other workers there who were very kind to them and other customers. Mikayla’s customer service is a 0/10 and I truly feel bad for the other workers there who have to deal with...
