Love every visit to Arby's! I wish I had ownership in the franchise because they serve some of the best fast food in the industry. I love the Core Standard of the hard working, happy employees they hire and truly hope that each one honestly pays their employees that work very hard to keep your customers happy and coming back... as kind and great as the food they serve. They work hard and do it with a smile to a very picky customer.
Thank you Arby's for the standard of your great quality food that you have, the service and employee standard that are hired to serve me when I get the pleasure of occasionally treating myself with your food on the go.
Please make sure that you try to remember how valuable your employees are that you hire and how essential their contributions are to your success! It is sad that if someone has a bad order or if they have an unfortunate, unhappy experience, because we are all human and life isn't perfect, that they tell so MANY and we all need to make more efforts in thanking the ones that are Super Great! As a previous business owner, my employees that worked for and with me, because they shared the dream and believed in our business, I failed them in so many ways. They ALWAYS seem to give more and I got so much more, for the amazing blessing... II could NEVER afforded to pay them for what they gave to our business, the clientele, and commitment to excellence. I wish somehow, someway, I could still give them the world for what they shared with me. I grew to Love, Honor and Respect them for their loyalty! We tried not to take them for granted., However, we shared each other's achievements, both in and outside of the work environment, because they were a family and life is too short to not thank them still!
I'm impressed at almost every Arby's restaurant and what amazing service I get. I think, along side some of the best fast food, we got at very reasonable priced meal with service that was always meet with happy, enjoyable and grateful service from our visit. That being said, their customer service staff is absolutely ridiculous. The people taking your order in the drive thru constantly sound miserable, you go inside and when you go to order this employee just smacks her gum and says â We are out of roast beef, ugh Anything elseâ with the worst attitude. And this happens about 8/10 times we go that the employees are rude or just unprofessionally short. After todays incident, we decided to drive to the Arbys on Washington and WOW, night and day difference from this store.    Read moreI show up to the drive thru at 6:15 pm time and get in a 3 car line. Nobody moves in the line for about 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, three employees walk out of the restaurant into their cars. One of the employees shouts from a distance, we closed at 5 PM today because we were low on employees. My question is simple, how have they worked an eight hour shift at an Arbyâs by 6:30 PM. If you were short on people, wouldnât you open at 11am and close at 7pm? I understand that fast food restaurants are owned by individual business owners and overseeing by a franchise. Unfortunately, this Arbyâs has been poor for a long time.
