We have been coming to this Great Harvest for the last fifteen years. It has ALWAYS been 5 stars service. Today, I am fuming, and would love to give it less than zero. In fact, I would love to not go to this Great Harvest location again after what I witnessed. I was running errands with my grandma today and we showed up to Great Harvest at 5:29pm to buy a loaf of bread right as another customer showed up. The male customer entered the door to the shop and my grandma was maybe 3-5 steps behind him. Before she could enter, Elizabeth, the person working the shop locked the door on her. She didnāt even bother to open the door and let my grandma know they were closing for the day. She just locked the door right as as my grandma was two steps away. Didnāt make eye contact. Didnāt say anything. She then proceeded to sell to the man who was just a couple steps ahead of my grandma. I would love an explanation on why she let the man in to make a purchase but not my grandma who was less than 3 seconds behind him. I could not believe my eyes. As long time neighbors and customers, I am upset at how my sweet grandmother...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām usually not one to complain about food service, working in the industry myself but I have never been so disgusted by an employees behavior. We walk in me and my father and he notices a sign that says now hiring and I told him I have no interest in working here. He, still wanting to get more information asked for the manager. They said this older woman with reddish blonde hair had been working there the longest implying there was no shift lead. He started asking her questions such as why you have to be 18 to work here and that stuff. She then said that I should be asking the questions and that I shouldnāt work there because they have to deal with customers and made a comment implying that I was mentally slow. I am currently a manager at a restaurant franchise and this comment was especially offensive because I have diagnosed autism. This woman is terrible with customers and should be fired. As for the rest of the employees they all didnāt seem to know what they were doing. They were all polite though. Terrible management, terrible customer service, I wouldnāt...

Stopped by Great Harvest on my way home around 10 in the morning. While it wasnt what i was really looking for, they did have some choices, so that i don't go home empty handed. There was a steady stream of people. I walked through once to get a chocolate pumpkin bread, and I guess I got the discounted one...I never go to GH, so I didn't even know what I was doing. I got in my car, and my wife told me to go back in and get the orange cranberry bread. I went back in ordered a fresh loaf, and a tea scone. When I checked out the girl gave me a slice of orange cranberry bread to sample. It was really good. People are nice, bread taste great. Store is pretty cool place to visit. Would recommend, but still looking for an old school bakery with breads š. š maybe they...
