Back in the 90s and early 2000s, Utah had a law that required drinkers to have a "membership" before they could patronize bars. While that law is now a thing of the past, Dar's still survives on this business model. Don't let that stop you from coming in, though; they welcome newcomers with open arms and allow you to try the place out a few times before you choose whether or not to buy a membership. We will be sitting waiting for so long without drinks. It's hard to even get her attention.
