Rancherito's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Ogden

I want to start this review by saying that my wife and I really love Rancherito’s and the food is absolutely amazing!! HOWEVER, there is a woman there named Martha Z. She is a total monster to work with. This morning my wife picked me up from working a night shift at the hospital and we went to get breakfast burritos. Martha Z was out at the trash, then went back inside to put in our order and my wife asked her to wash her hands before handling our card and she was so rude! She decided to speak poorly about us to coworkers (clearly not knowing that I speak Spanish). So when confronted about how it shouldn’t be a problem to be asked to wash her hands after being out at the trash, she was very abrasive and downright rude. If you go to this location in the mornings just be warned that Martha Z is so rude and doesn’t wash her hands and touches money and food. would leave a 0 if i could.. i’ve been going to this location for years, i always get a carne asada fries burrito with extra guacamole. the last couple of times i’ve gone and asked for extra guacamole and paid the $3 for it, there is none. not that they forgot the extra, just none. so i went again to give them one more shot, i got two burritos, one for myself and one for my husband. i didn’t ask for extra guacamole just to be safe and not put myself out the $3 in case they didn’t do their job, i get home to find not only did they forget the guacamole, they also forgot sour cream in both burritos. i had a bland burrito. this location is forever ruined for me. so unbelievably frustrating, how hard is it to put the key main ingredients into it? it’s literally carne asada, fries, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. don’t go here it’s an absolute waste of money. or go if you want a...

Just spent an hour trying to get a refund. They served us 'Their version' of the chile verde burrito, which is nothing at all like any other rancharito's, then refused to give us a refund without a receipt which she hadn't given us. This chain is great, but the one on Washington in Ogden is crap. This isn't the first time either, we've got the wrong food every time or food that's inedible. Chicken tacos with meat so tough it's inedible, chorizo burrito's with barely any meat and what meat you do get is crunchier than a taco shell, and just plain not what we ordered so we never go there unless we're feeling daring. Tonight we wanted smothered burrito's and Beto's was closed, so we figured how can they mess it up? By giving us 'their version' of the Rancharito's burrito and the run around for over an hour.
