I recently took my ailing parents to shop for a couch, on July 4th. It was a quick decision to go shopping because their current couch caused a situation where my Dad was almost seriously injured. It was a close call. I didn't want it to happen again so we went shopping.

I do not like shopping, I find it very tedious and usually want to find something quickly - especially something that I like. However I knew that with my parents this would be a long day. Sisters furniture was the first place we stopped.

After walking the entire showroom floor, it was clear to me that what we were looking for was not available currently. I was so wrong.

The co-owner of the store saw us walking towards the door, and because my father walked so slowly, he was able to catch up to us quickly. What I didn't expect was him to assess our needs so well in so short of time. He found us a couch, and within minutes my parents were both sitting and enjoying a comfortable couch that seem to be the right color and size.

The problem was I'm not good with colors or with decor. That's when the other co-owner arrived. She clearly had decor and design experience. She immediately went to task and helped us imagine what it would be like for our current situation, color scheme and environment. That made such a difference while deciding.

The service didn't stop there. She could see that my parents had a challenge moving around. However most business people do not care. She did care, I could tell. Because it was the patience she showed to my parents as they were trying to make this difficult decision.

She made an amazing deal for them, promised them delivery within a few days, but went the extra distance by having it delivered by her husband and son. Amazing! Talk about going the extra mile. This was because their delivery service was booked. But she had heard our story and knew the current couch was not safe for them.

It is a rare occurrence to find compassion and business in the same store. Thank you Sister's Furniture for sharing your good business...

December 2024 we bought a couch that rolls out to a chaise. Within a week the charging ports stopped working and the couch had no support in it. I reached out and for months it was me consistently reaching out for a solution. We waited for the manufacturer of the couch to come repair it. That never happened then they stated they would replace the couch with another one when they came in which i was told would be end of March, end of March came and I reached out again then was told end of April end of April came and still no replacement, when I pressed for a solution they lied repeatedly and once again tried having the manufacturer by the name of Preston come out to fix it, this was the same person they told me was the manufacturer, we were originally told the couch manufacturer was from west valley city and now hes not the manufacturer but a repair person and are now saying the couch was made in China, when I pressed for further information suddenly I was no longer talking to the owner but another employee there, I had been talking to Heather the owner on the same number by text and she had told me just days before that she wasn't at work and so I dont believe that I was just talking to random employees, I have still not heard from them or Heather, I have asked for a replacement couch or a refund and I have been ignored. They also have one price listed but when you message about it they try making the price higher and act like they are doing you a favor by keeping it lower, they use fake prices to try to get people to spend more, I have the original messages from the Facebook ad as well as every text exchanged to prove it all, I am also reporting...

Being honest I saw the store about 2 weeks ago and something about it made it seem like it was the best place to go get what my partner and I have been wanting for a while, a bigger bed.

And yesterday I decided since we were already out and around the area that we should go check it out cuz we've mentioned that we wanted to get a bigger bed and a bed frame. I'm going in there it was already very full of gorgeous things and with different aesthetics that anybody could love. No matter if you're more into brighter aesthetics or darker. Aura is extremely lively and I could tell personally that the store is very taken well of.

After looking around we talked to the owner Heather and we told her what we were looking for and hoping to get and not even 2 seconds she knew what we wanted and she knew what was best for us. She showed us very quickly and explain that everything she has she's offering a better price, she even gave us a chance on last minute terms for us to have it delivered. So that's what my partner did.

We picked out an amazing queen sized bed with layers of comfort and gel for cooking only getting it for 400 (before taxes) and it was definitely a steal!

Hell even the delivery gentlemans were patient with us as we ran to Ross to pick up sheets. We didn't think we were getting a bed last minute and it was worth it. I love the amount of money we saved and I loved the atmosphere that was at that store that was brought to the home.
