Iāve visited this store several times and have always appreciated the great prices, variety of items, and especially the auctions ā itās been a positive experience overall. Just last week, I purchased a table set I was really happy with. However, during a recent visit, I encountered something that left me extremely uncomfortable. While shopping, I overheard one of the managers ā someone Iāve only briefly interacted with before ā openly expressing strong negative opinions about his coworkers. His comments were loud enough that I couldnāt avoid hearing them, despite my efforts to focus on shopping and give him privacy. I eventually had to walk away and leave the items I intended to purchase, as the nature of what was being said was deeply inappropriate for a public setting. As a manager myself, I strongly believe that conversations regarding internal conflict or dissatisfaction should be handled professionally and privately ā either in a closed office or directly with higher-level management. Speaking so openly ā and, notably, to what appeared to be a teenage employee who likely isnāt in a leadership position ā shows a serious lapse in judgment and professionalism. This kind of behavior reflects poorly not only on the individual but also on the work culture being demonstrated to both staff and customers. My partner and I came in to the store today to look into a bookcase we had spotted before to see if it was still available. We saw it was still out on display but had no price tag so we asked someone if they could check how much it was. After a few minutes we were told a price and that the only one that was available was the one on display. We decided to purchase it despite a few small cracks that we were told would not lower the price. The purchase went fine and we were expected to pick it up later that day. On our way home, I received a phone call from someone at the store saying that had mistakenly sold us a bookcase that had already been sold. They said they were unsure how the system missed this. I am disappointed at the lack of communication and organization that allowed for this to happen. I also want to mention that we had previously come in to the store to ask about the bookcase but their computer sytems were down so we couldn't purchase it at the time so we were told by what I believe is the manager that he would call us to follow up once the computers were back up, we never received...

We called to confirm what time they would be coming on that day only to be told we wouldn't have our furniture until October 1st! After calling another location they let us know they could get us 1 of our items later that week way after the promised delivery date. We inquired about the remaining items and 1 of them had been marked as completed as in they gave it to us which they did not! We had to drive an hour to pick up that 1 item. We were then told that we would have the rest of our items delivered today 9.19.19. I called to confirm only to be told they could maybe do it tomorrow around 2:30. We have missed multiple days of work and drove out of way to pick up items that were promised to be delivered. They continue to make mistake after mistake with no mention of making things right.
