JACKSUS TASTE Mexican Food — Restaurant in Ogden

Ordered via Door Dash. Spent $50 on two meals and was SHOCKED at the portion size. Unbelievable. It looked like two tiny kids meals. They need to seriously correct the portion size. For the amount they charge and the amount they give you. I've never experienced this before. It literally felt like a prank lol. Not only was the food so small but the presentation. It looked like it was just thrown together in a box. It was gross. My husband was so upset he couldn't even eat his meal (more like a snack). There is NO WAY a person could get full off of a meal...its too tiny. I did contact the restaurant and spoke with Suzie. She was very understanding and told me if I go in she would correct the issue. Edit: Even better the second time. Exceptional service from very nice individuals who make some of the best food I have ever had, let alone in the Ogden area. If you haven't already check this wonderful place out. Good food, service and atmosphere served by people with a wonderful attitude. As a humble little establishment I could see many different places for improvement. The food is good for the small amount that was served. I do however struggle to see the value for the cost. I ended up ordering something to go as I left still hungry. If I wasn't looking for something that was over the top filling or just a good place to sit down I might consider a second round. Staff is small but friendly. When I asked about a common dish that is served in most other Mexican style restaurants I was told that they didn't offer that.
