Went in tonight (Dec 20th 2023) at 8:20pm. The manager there was rude as hell! Her customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen in my life! My sister picked up a greeting card that was sitting on the table opened up, because we wanted to see what the front of the card said, after we put the card down on the table the manager came walking at us yelling “WHO TOUCHED THIS CARD!!!!!” My sister was like I did, I just wanted to see the front. And she screamed at us (and when I say screamed I mean she SCREAMED!) “ITS A DISPLAY YOU AREN’T SUPPOSED TO TOUCH IT!!!” first off why would I want to buy a greeting card without seeing the front of it? Second if you didn’t want it touched why not put a sticker that says “don’t touch.”…It made us very uncomfortable so we went to leave and she kept watching us, rolling her eyes and laughing at us. So I asked her what her name is and she screamed at me “GET OUT OF MY STORE YOU ARE BANNED FROM MY STORE!!!!” is this really who you guys want managing your store?? I was looking for outfits back in Aug/Sept for a boudoir photoshoot. I'd been to 2 other places before walking in to Dr Johns & told the gal what I was looking for. She looked me up and down and said "IF anything here fits you, it'll be over there" and she pointed to 1 small rack of clothes. I felt completely belittled and defeated. I went to Blue Boutique next. As soon as I walked in, the cute gal said "what can I do for you?" I told her about the boudior shoot & point blank asked I just need to know if you have anything that might fit me... She SMILED. And said "Gorgeous, I've got you! What do you want to accent & what do you want to hide?" In less than 3 minute, she had NINE outfits to try on! LOVED 3 of them, liked 2 of them and they ALL fit! me and my wife used to go to blue alot to get things and then we stopped.but today oct 2, 2021 we stopped in and looked and the ladies there GG,ashely and fran were working and were so helpful on helping my wife find stuff she would like and i would like. as well as the other customers there that got help and then came back to us to make sure we are ok.we diffently will be back. but on the sad note they stop saleing magazines.

so me and my wife went in today at 3:14 pm and absolutely love the ladies that were in on this shift they are the reasons we will keep coming back for more
