Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

This Arby's on Mentor Ave was quiet around 11:15 as my mom and I went in for an early lunch while waiting on a car repair. The staff was very friendly. Our Market Fresh sandwiches were great, looked just like the commercials! We shared the chicken salad and turkey bacon ranch sandwiches. Business picked up as expected through the noon hour, but even so, the manager very kindly helped us with the doors, holding them open for my wheelchair. I was, and am very appreciative. The location was clean, and actively cleaned as people came and went. It was the first time I've eaten in a restaurant of any sort in ages, and it was nice to get out and see some smiling people!...

These guys are on top of it. 100% hands down the best Arby’s in the area. Everything was on point, I was welcomed in and my order was taken immediately. I got 3 fish sandwiches and some sides—they let me know it’d be a few because everything was being made fresh. Music to my ears! Lol. Everything we got was phenomenal and I appreciate all of the gentlemen working from the order taker to expo to the cook. This Arby's is TOP NOTCH! Never have I had service and quality at an Arby's (or any fast food place) like this. The people were really great and the place was clean too. Even the ladies room. Usually in fast food places there is that gross smell even when it is "clean" but not here. We stopped to grab a bunch of food to take to eat with my Dad at the nursing home, so admittedly, it was a larger and somewhat expensive order. The manager and staff were really kind and helpful.
