Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

I gave this a two only because I do like the food most of the time. This is a Franchise location and I have run into a bit of attitude there on my last visit. So I reported it to Corporate and they're going to reimburse me. The details briefly were that I couldn't get the app to work so I couldn't put the order through with the coupons available. So when I pulled up to the drive-thru window the girl told me don't worry about it, just pull around and they'll make it right at the window. When I got to the window there was a young man working not a girl. He charged me the full price and I explained to him that that wasn't correct and could he change it? He said no and yelled over to a lady to come over who apparently was his Mom. Because he said, hey Mom, come here I need your help. She explained to me that the girl that told me she would make it right at the window is just an employee and she had no intention of changing anything and she had nothing to do with the app and for me to have a nice day, which you know was sarcastic and she didn't mean. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location. I hope the loss of a regular customer was worth the $2 she would have had to take off...

Horrible. We got there at around 5:30 Saturday night. I knew things were going to go downhill when I had to repeat our order 3-4 different times. Sure enough they messed up the order and we were the ONLY people there between the drive thru and dining area. We waited around 12 minutes for our food (yes I timed it). The guy never came to say anything for the entire 12 minutes. When he did bring our food he didn't apologize for the wait, he didn't even say a word, just handed us our food. We checked it of course and he forgot a fry and some sauce. Again we were the ONLY order for those 12 minutes. I watched him get the fries, rearrange one with his BARE HAND and then bring the fries to us without putting them in a bag first. Again he still didn't apologize at this time either when he brought us the fries and sauce he forgot....

We were looking for an Arby's for dinner on our trip, and this one had 4.1 stars, so we made 6 mile detour to check it out. I'll give it 5 stars for great service, from Mathew working the counter, and fast and fresh food from the rest of the crew. Everything was hot, fresh, and the fries were the best Arby's fries I've had. The dining areas and restrooms were also exceptionally clean. I'd definitely make the same detour again. Keep up...
