Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

My son and I visited the restaurant recently. We planned on dining in until shortly after we entered, we heard an individual sitting in the corner, screaming obscenities. At this point, we obviously decided to take our food to go. After questioning the employees, and asking why they weren’t calling the police or having this person removed, I was advised that the person has Tourette’s and schizophrenia and she's not bothering anyone, she's fine. This was one of the employees. So, before everybody cries discrimination, and says, I’m just not being tolerant. Common sense says that if you have an affliction such as this, that, unfortunately, you must make sacrifices and not go out in public restaurants. It is also the responsibility of management to politely advise the customer that unfortunately we can not allow this behavior in our restaurant. It is unfair and offensive to our other patrons. I feel bad for this person and I’m sorry they have this disorder, but come on, really??? So this little young punk store manager proceeds to tell me basically don’t ever come back. No problem, as a matter fact I could care less if I eat at another Arby’s ever again. The food is mediocre and there are a lot better places out there to eat. Look out people, Don't order the Wings that they're advertising. Big mistake. I almost wound up at the ER room from the Heat & Spice from the sauce on those WINGS. DON'T ORDER THEM, I REPEAT DON'T ORDER THEM UNLESS YOU CAN STAND THE HEAT HIGHER THAN THE HEAT SCALE FROM THE QUAKER STEAK & LUBE WING RESTAURANT. IT WILL BURN THE INSIDE OF YOUR MOUTH, YOUR CHEEKS, YOUR ESOPHAGUS & YOUR LUNGS, AND YOUR FACE WILL BE ON FIRE. PLEASE LISTEN. I Called yesterday Home Office & told them what happened & they apologized & are calling the store I went to in Austintown & they are letting them know to put a Heat reminder by the Wing add. It's a decent enough place to eat in a hurry -- most of the time. But be aware --- they do not honor coupons unless they are the paper newspaper ads; even if the coupons are from the corporate website. They will tell you it's a fraud - even if you show them it's from corporate in the email address. When you call corporate (they confirmed it was a real coupon), corporate will tell you that because each restaurant is individually owned, they have every right to this. But they'll have the store get in contact with you after they've come to a resolution. Ha!
