AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE AT ALL COSTS!
Review from 8/15/22 They're forever rushing (even when there's no one in there) and I just wish they'd slow down a little. They're ALWAYS out of something. The counter is always disgusting. And they don't care how they put your food together. Also, I ordered for online pickup once. Will never do that again! I got there and still had to wait 20 minutes when I could have just gotten in line.
Review from 3/19/23 They were out of many items again. The cook just finished making fajitas and I asked the cashier for some and she told me that it was for online orders. Excuse me?! Then when the chef said it was ok she put some in a cup(salsa cup) and proceeded to charge me for it as a side item! I'm so done with Chipotle. Corporate really needs to visit this location because they're horrendous. The guacamole didn't even taste as good as it used to be. Oh AND when I wanted to order chips and guac, she said they were out of chips but there were chips in the back for, again, online orders. When I complained she brought it 2 tiny little bags of chips that wouldn't have equaled a large one but charged me anyway.
LATEST REVIEW 10/25/24 It was only 7 pm and this location is ALWAYS out of something, recently (last 3 weeks!) fajitas. It’s always disgusting. The only ingredient they give a normal amount of is rice. The portion size of guac is laughable especially if I’m paying 2.60 for it! It’s my fault I kept going back to this location, it’s just that it’s around the corner from me. I will NEVER return to this location. AND I will be leaving multiple reviews every where I can and telling all I know to avoid you. They used to be amazing but the last couple years they’ve completely sucked. Read moreThe quality of the food and service at this location really puts Chipotle in bad light. It’s just not the same restaurant it was a few years back - I’m not sure what happened but not worth the time or money as a consumer. The Central location was always my go to location so am really disappointed. Went in to order a burrito bowl and waited at least 30 minutes from when I walked in until I left. Putting that aside as an inconvenience but still noticed the staff as completely inefficient; numerous times there was no one manning the register which is what contributed to the unreasonably long wait time. Also the restaurant team was unable to keep up with the cooking demands which likely contributed to my second and more severe issue. Ordered my burrito bowl, extra guacamole and a large coke. Left and drove home only to bite into a mix of chicken and the saltiest guacamole that’s ever been produced within the four walls of a Chipotle- absolutely horrible. Was disappointed and normally don’t return food but I was so frustrated I had no other choice. I tried calling the location but received a voice recorded message and AI that was completely useless in addressing my concerns #fail. Went in straight to the register and politely asked for a refund. The chipotle employee was surprised that I wanted to return the Burrito and drink along with the guac given the issue I had, presumably was only the guacamole, but I insisted on a complete refund because the guacamole ruined the taste of the burrito bowl and since I had nothing to eat what was the point of the Coke?! Read moreI placed an online order to be picked up at 6:10pm. When I arrived, my order was not ready. I asked a worker who checked and said it wasn’t ready yet. I proceeded to wait 25 minutes while the worker deliberately ignored me, wearing earbuds and not answering me when I would check in and ask if my order was ready. When I finally got her attention again, she checked to find my bag sitting in the back. They weren’t even bringing the orders to the shelf in the dining area or calling out names. The restaurant wasn’t even busy so I couldn’t find a logical reason why it would take an extra 25 minutes to make two entrees. So workers were terribly rude and the service was slow. Upon bringing the food home, it was cold and quality was poor. The rice was in literal mushy chunks. I don’t think the rice had any citrus or salt added to it. Just plain mushy chunks of rice. We ended up throwing away our entrees and going somewhere else. I used to go to chipotle several times a week but over the last couple years the quality of both food and staff has dramatically decreased. It’s disappointing.
