Only once, between these two incidence, did I receive the correct latte- with the flavor they advertised. Confronting the the two young ladies about customer satisfaction...all I got were excuses...Excuses that the syrup dispensers don't always work correctly...EXCUSES! Read moreMy experience here was less than ideal. the staff was friendly and all but I found the facility underwhelming. There was no food like sandwich or bagels and I was forced to settle for donut holes. I got donut holes and they were cold and mushy. According to the date on the cup it expired yesterday and was prepared 3 days ago (see photo). Furthermore the drinks that we were handed were not very warm and very dissatisfying. We had ordered hot drinks and they were served to us barely temped. I didn't even notice until after I was in the car and on the road again. I was very disappointed...
Read moreStopped in today for a cold brew and bagel and was helped by both Andrew and Lauryn in the drive thru. It was a pleasure being helped by them and seeing such cheerful smiling faces. They thanked me and also apologized for the time it took to complete my order though it was unnecessary as it seemed like no time at all. The cold brew I ordered is one of the best I’ve had and when Andrew handed it to me assured me that it was sugar free as I ordered, which is greatly appreciated given my dietary restrictions.
