Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

Just visited this location again Oct 23,2022. When I come into Toledo I stopped and waited for over 15 minutes the line did not move I was four cars away from the squawk box so I left. Went and did my shopping then come back through and stopped again there were three vehicles in front of me it took 10 minutes to get to the squawk box the associate said hello to me and that was it. 15 minutes I sat there I even asked if somebody was there I got no reply. The associate didn't even let me know that it would be a minute or so didn't ask me to take my order. After 15 more minutes I pull along the window and look inside and I could not see a soul inside I don't know if they closed or they were hiding or what. But this is the second bad experience at this location and Taco Bell corporate needs to do something about it. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant and it's a shame that this location is conducting its business like it is. I will not visit again until I know for sure they have cleaned up their problems.

Taco Bell is basically my favorite fast food restaurant and we're not from Toledo ( we live about an hour away) but when we come there for my doctor appointments I make it a point to stop in and order. I stopped there today (Thursday July 9 2020) and ordered the tasty Beefy Frito burrito and was very specific about having no rice on it; which the drive thru employee even repeated back to me, because I am allergic to rice. It's a good thing I looked before I bit into it or I would have been in the emergency room fighting for my life. Not blaming everyone there but whoever prepares the food needs to pay attention to the orders especially modified orders. I tried to call when I got home and there was no answer. So I am leaving a review of my experience today hoping it will never happen again. I had to waste food that I couldn't eat so it was a waste of money and a waste of time to...

Aside from some positive experiences I had with two managers, this location has to go down as the most consistently inconsistent Taco Bell I know of. The myriad of ways this TB has turned my visits unenjoyable is nothing short of impressive, shoot, I almost wonder if the disgruntled staff practice methods of disapointing people. Wrong orders, blatant refusal of service's, shortchanged and ignored, restrooms resembling Jackson Pollack paintings, told incorrect information purposely (Didn't want to cook a quesadilla, she said they don't make them there anymore, lol.), Employees being completely unprofessional (Disrespectful, lewd, profane, and even confrontational, all on the clock, and in front of any guest that may be present; children not excluded.), and....I think that covers the most of it. The real mystery to me though is that all of these things have happened over the course of multiple years (I work 2 blocks away.), raising the question: Why are they always so bad? I might sound harsh to some, but i warn you all, make sure you got a long lunch break you wanna eat here. PS - Go to the Wendy's right across the road. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. In the last six months I have ordered here and they fell flat on their face. First visit after the remodel. I ordered on line for dining room pickup. Got there and the door was locked. Had to go to the order line and reorder there. Attendant said they were short handed so dining was closed. No sign on door. Second visit. Again ordered on line. went to pick up. Once again no dining room pickup. So I went thru drive thru. Ice machine was broken they said. So no beverage or refund given. Yesterday again ordered went to dining room pickup. There were literally 10 people ahead of me waiting. Once people who came in after me, I literally had to scream at someone to come to the counter. Showed them my order off my phone. Mind you this was after waiting for at least 20 minutes. Attendant said they couldnt find my order. So they put my order in the system. I assumed she was going to quickly make it. It was nearly another 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor. Dont waste time with this place. Its so poorly run that it is beyond belief. One thing they are all great at is saying Im sorry. Vey well rehearsed. Close...
