Franks Cafe - Canfield — Restaurant in Ohio

Apparently,, u can stand there at the counter for 5 Ms and b completely ignored by three ppl . I actually had to get their attention to place n order .. on top of them not even saying a simple hi how r u nothing .. just sad ...I'll catch her name next ti so because I had to stand there for several minutes before I even got acknowledged because I had to initiate it, I now have the owner telling me to just stay away from businesses because of it, lol, I'm sorry you don't see this as an issue for the people who choose to come there and spend money and for the people you hire on how to properly say hello or acknowledge someone when they do come in.. and I'm sorry that I spend a lot of money on various places and like to share my experiences.. so in case you didn't know, there's a lot of people who are incapable of doing simple things as far as their job goes, your employees are one of them. Next time do better, and train your employees on how to simply acknowledge someone.. NOW I SEE WHY THEY ACT THE WAY THEY DO.. so if you'd like to go to a place where you choose to spend your money just to stand there like you don't exist then this is the place for you! And when there are good experiences I highlight those experiences but I'm sorry to inform you that most places lack a lot of simple communication.. so then rather trying to point out other reviews how about trying to point out what's really wrong here.. there's no reason that you should have three employees standing around for 5 minutes as you're at the counter when somebody can't even say I'll be right with you.. but then again looking at your other lowest reviews I guess you do pride yourself in serving rotten bananas, who with any common Sense would even serve something like that to someone? You shouldn't have to complain to get good service or to get somebody to do their job on a...

Had a bowl and smoothie at the Boardman location and enjoyed both. Bowl was tasty, but wish the portion was more substantial for the cost. The Smoothie was tasty and had a creamy texture. Today purchased the same smoothie and also a different flavor smoothie at the Canfield location. Both were very watered down, with no texture and lacked flavor. Went back to the server who was very pleasant and tried to fix. The 4 berry smoothie came back a little better with texture, but really lacked in sweetness and flavor. For $1 more she offered to add honey but we did not want to spend the additional cash. The coffee, banana, PB smoothie was slightly better. A friend of mine recommended this place for breakfast food, I ordered the French toast with bananas for pick up. The order was done earlier than the expected timeframe. Once I got in to pick up the order— I was directed to a shelf designated for pickup orders. There was no butter in the bag. My bananas didn’t look edible and didn’t taste good.
