3/23 - 1 star - BEWARE. Called to verify ingredients in “Vegan Bite” sushi burrito. There was an unfortunate language barrier and could not verify gluten in sauces. Worker did not understand the term. When I tried to break it down to be easier and ask exactly what ingredients were in the house ginger that comes in the Vegan bite, worker said it is made with MAYONNAISE. Confusing conversation, confusing menu that’s not correct, just not worth getting potentially getting sick over. Are we using the word “vegan” to just get the clientele in the door? FIX IT with ingredient transparency so I can give you my money!

EDIT to owner response, I think you don’t understand the term vegan? If I see that on a menu, I am trusting you as a patron to have an item with ZERO meat, dairy, or any type of additive from an animals. Even if I told your workers if I had dietary restrictions, would they even understand the terminology? They didn’t obviously on the phone and neither do you from your response. Change the name, add an asterisk that it has dairy. Re-evaluate the menu, label it clearly and responsibly, Do what you gotta do before someone eats this, has a dairy allergy and gets...

Today, my boyfriend and I were celebrating his birthday 🎂. We decided to have fun and take a small driving adventure. We decided to drive around and pick a local food place to stop and order some lunch. We finally decided on Moshi Moshi, since we had never been there. We walked in and at first glance we were overjoyed by the beautiful decorations. The place is stunning! We decided to try the hibachi lunch options. I got the shrimp and he got the chicken. I also decided to go with the noodles and he selected the fried rice. All of the food was incredible! This was definitely the best stop we could have picked. Not only was the food incredible, so was the staff. The lady that waited on us was the nicest person I have encountered in a long time. A lovely, small little place nestled in a strip mall. The food is excellent and I have no complaints about the quality. Though some of them weren't for me, I could still tell that the quality of it was high. The service was great and the waitress who served us, while needing things repeated a few times, was patient and had sweet mannerisms.

The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect for a place like this, and my only complaint is that there was no music when we first entered, but they put some on when the restaurant began to fill up. It was on a small radio and difficult to hear.
