Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Ohio

It was our first time going there we walked in the door and was not greeted it was 4 employees just standing there just looking around and joking among themselves finally after 10 minutes one of them said are you going to order after they was the ones ignoring us and their prep area was disgusting there station was covered with lettuce everywhere and other food items was scattered all over the prep station and a couple of the containers barely had ant food in them and frost around the brim. Some of the staff are not friendly at this location. I have been in many times and there are always a couple females who snicker or give each other side eye when making my sub. I called today to update my DoorDash order because you can’t put in special requests when ordering online (i.e. no cheese on the sandwich) and the first female I spoke to repeated what I said and then hung up on me.
