Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Sylvania

I'm starting to see some issues with this particular location! I frequent this location a lot and I have always had very pleasant experiences here.. but as of recently the friendliness, speed of service, quality of certain menu items and the fact that they ALWAYS have the outside of their building under construction is a complete turn-off! I went the other day and went through the drive thru and the young lady who serviced me had a slight attitude...almost as if she didn't want to take my order! She was behaving like I was bothering her before I even opened my mouth! She wasn't overly rude but there was definitely some attitude detected! She left a bad taste in my mouth because I've never experienced this from Chick fil a, plus she never offered my receipt to me! This location seems to have their drive-thru sitting for long periods of time when this is not a Chick fil A practice or standard! I went to this location today (10/6/22) to get my little boy some mac/cheese and it was overcooked or something! The cheese sauce was entirely too thick..not creamy at all like it's supposed to be and the top was burned pretty bad but yet they still served it! The young man at the window that was passing the food out had no type of customer service skills at all! He was nice but he did not know how to make small talk! If he didn't want to or didn't know how to make small talk that is totally fine with me but please don't stand there staring and making my wait time feel awkward! I tried to make small talk to take away the weirdness but he just looked at me and never replied..AWKWARD!! They are trying to beautify the outside of the property but it is always blocked off, big orange barriers everywhere, huge things that you have to drive over and it's just annoying at this point! Jesus made the world and everything in and around it in less time than this Chick fil A can fix their location! I was going here because of the convenience and service but it's all becoming a hassle at this location so I think that I'm done going to this one!...

Just left there. Quite possibly the worst service I have ever had at Chick Fil A. We were literally the only people there when we went in. My family of 6 ordered our food. The girl at the counter was friendly and attentive, but as soon as I paid and got my change back a guy handed me a loaded tray with our food on it over the counter. 5 employees watched as my wife and I tried to figure out carrying a tray stacked far too high and 6 drinks to our table and nobody including the lady in the gray shirt whom I assume was the manager offered to help. Once we got to the table and handed out food my spicy chicken delux was missing. My wife went to the register to ask for my sandwich and the girl told her she needed to wait. She was taking care of a customer who had to go out to get money from his car. My wife let her know that she needed a sandwich that was missing and the girl said she couldnt take her order yet. We were the last customer she had and she didnt remember us. Finally my wife was able to make it clear that she was shorted a sandwich, and was told they would bring it out. After several minutes it became clear that the sandwich was not coming out. My wife went back up to the counter. When she got there she was handed a bag with a sandwich in it that had been sitting on the counter. Again..not another customer at the register. A while later my son ordered a milkshake and we watched the counter folks talk for a while before determining where the milkshake went. If we had gone to McDonalds it would have been average service across the board. We go to Chick Fil A because it usually is better than that. No reason for poor servoce when the employees outnumber the customers. In the past if someone messed up an order they would give a card for a free 4 piece chicken or something. Never even had anyone acknowledge or apologize for the errors. Far worse than what you usually get at these franchises. Unimpressed. Food was...

I have never been so happy with any food service in my whole life!!! We pull up and there are multiple people out, taking everyone’s orders. The girl who served us was so nice and complimented my mom then saying ‘how can I serve you today?’ after ever time we ordered something new. When we pulled up to get our food there girl there, Kiara, immediately said ‘hi my moms name! How are you guys? Do you have any plans for the weekend??’ We didn’t even know how to respond!! We told her about me getting my hoco dress and she asks if she could see it, and complimented me multiple times, then was asking what I’m doing with my hair and what’s shoes I was wearing and proceeds to tell us about her hoco last year. She was so incredibly nice my mom and I were blown away.

We mentioned it was our first time here and all the workers who weren’t even serving us go ‘omg thank you for coming please come back again thank you!!’ I have never had such incredible service and any fast food place or even a regular restaurant!! And it’s a bunch of people who look like they’re in high school or just out of high school and they’re so incredibly nice and you don’t see that a lot.

And for the kids meals they gave them actual sticker books!! My little sister is so happy with it!! Way bette than any fast food place toy/prize I’ve ever seen.

And the food is INCREDIBLE!! There chicken tenders were so good and their waffle fries the perfect crispness and saltiness!! The frozen lemonade blew my mind. I am still below away by the service here, my moms and I both agreed that we don’t want to eat anywhere else!! We felt like we were family!! Incredible job...
