Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

Well here i am again doing a review on Marcos. I order a large pizza, cheesy bread and subs. I drive there to order and wait. Knew I was in trouble with Kat manning the order taking and Jerry not there. She always messes up my order and didn't disappoint this time either. She screws up the computer, messes up my orders, and she loves to argue with you. I almost left but thought id give her another chance. I order, she screws up the computer, I have to order again, my sub was ok, again my cheesy bread is dry and not much garlic butter, and of course my pizza isn't right. I order a large pepperoni, mushroom with garlic butter othe crust. Not difficult. My receipt also said garlic butter on crust. We came there specifically to get that pizza. I asked Kat 3 times to put the garlic butter on the crust and it was dry without it. Well i got home and no garlic butter on pizza crust after all that. I just dont know. I thought we found our pizza place. Help. Need an owner to respond.

2 months ago..... Was LOVING this place for a while. Pizza, salad, cheesy bread...you name it...absolutely spot on!!! Every order the same perfection! Until 5/9 different prep guy...wings very small, our favorite pizza now OMG awful....dry, no sauce, weird taste, little cheese, not enough pepperoni and mushrooms, dough tough and hard on the bottom. I was up most of the night with an upset stomach. Such a huge disappointment. 5 pieces left that we threw out when we normally ate almost the whole pizza. First time eating at Marcos. Did a carry out order late night... tried to order from other establishments before ordering from Marco's and those places were closed/ didn't answer AND IM SO GLAD WE WEREN'T ABLE TO ORDER FROM THE OTHER PIZZA PLACES!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY PIZZA FROM MARCO'S ON MENTOR AVE!!! ( I did " copy" a greek style PIZZA from another restaurant and MARCO'S MADE IT BETTER!!! We also ordered a reg pepperoni and added the "old world" pepperoni to it...AMAZING, layers of beautiful semi crispy pepperoni ( with extra chs). The Greek style pizza had: feta chs, reg chs, green olive, chicken, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers and 1/2 red onions and I am not lying about all the flavors that just overwhelm the taste buds... I was sad to take the first bite because I knew I will never have that kinda of euphoric experience again. But I digress... ordered online and was ready for pickup within 10 minutes AMAZING. It was almost 10 on a Tuesday night and very few places were open that deliver. I don't usually like chains, but being lazy I was happy to find Marcos open and still delivering. After ordering on line I believe it said about a 45min wait, which it reasonable for 2 subs a specialty pizza and cinnamon dough dessert. I swear they must have made it in their car at the end of the driveway! We were eating in less than 20 minutes, I'm not really sure how they pulled that off! The food was very good too. I love meatball subs but the meat often has an odd flavor to me, probably something mom didn't put in our meatballs growing up and these meatballs didn't have have that taste, it was a good sub. The specialty pizza was the one with 2 types of pepperoni and it was really good, there was tons of pepperoni and cooked so the edges were crispy and curled, just the way we like it.
